It was a great location, but the condo itself was pretty dated. The cleaners used heavy duty and fragranced cleaner and the smell was very overwhelming

I run hot and I was very honest with this owner about the fact that I needed an air-conditioning that could go down to 69. They told me that that would be fine. They did say the air conditioning was out at that time, but they said it was being fixed and would be back on soon. That was five months before my day. I got there. They said the air-conditioning is working. It did not work. The lowest we could get the temperature down to was 78. In addition to this, there was black mold on the vents and looked like it was spreading beyond one of the vents onto one wall.

Host was very accommodating. Plenty of linens, pillows, blankets. Tons of dishes and kitchen gadgets which made it helpful to make meals. Place was clean. My husband is so picky with pillows and mattresses and he didn’t complain all week! Loved to find beach chairs, cooler, 2 tote bags, fans if you needed them. Unit had AC. They upgraded the floor from carpet to Vinyl floors and had 2 vacuums which will get used when coming back from the beach. The is a shell gas station around the corner, a cute coffee shop in walking distance and a McDonald’s. Condo is about 10 min

My party of 3, includes an 11 yr old and 16 yr old. It was perfect for us. We had a nice view, the property was very clean and had everything we needed including washer and dryer. There were sand toys, a boogie board, cooler and chairs. We didn’t have a need for the cooler or chairs but it was great that they were available. The beds were very comfortable and the master had a slider out to the lanai. We were able to see turtles swimming by when we were at the beach. Location was close to restaurants and shopping. The pool was nice and often we had it to ourselves, we did use the BBQ once, which was also very nice and looked sparkling clean. Our host was so gracious and helpful, offering suggestions on what to do close to the condo and then ideas that were farther away.I would highly recommend Jazz and would love to return.

This property was absolutely amazing, and the hosts were just as wonderful. I volunteer for a nonprofit that grants wishes to adults with terminal illnesses, and I selected this rental for one of our wish recipients. Carrie was incredible to work with throughout the entire process, and she even offered our nonprofit a generous discount.Our wish recipient said the unit was absolutely awesome and exceeded all expectations. Knowing they had such a memorable experience meant the world to us. I highly recommend this VRBO rental to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay on Maui. Thank you for helping make a very special wish come true!
