The home comfortably accommodates up to seven guests, making it ideal for family visits, graduations, weekends, football games, or just a tranquil escape. There is parking available for three vehicles, which includes a one-car garage and two additional parking spaces.
Situated in a newly constructed community just minutes from Auburn University, you can unwind and enjoy all that Auburn and this townhome have to offer. The property is conveniently located near the campus, the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, and Highway 280.
Amenities include a community fire pit, swings, and a dog park. A swimming pool and a pickleball court are also set to be added soon.
