I was born in Philippines and reside here in U.S. I travel often to visit family and friends so I decided to buy my own condo unit. This is my personal space and willing to share with other travelers when not in use. I love my unit it’s so nice and comfortable and sound proof in the middle of the city.

The community in this property has been very quiet. The environment is very clean and friendly staff. Swimming pool is huge and well maintained. Most of all San Lorenzo Place have very few towers 4 towers it’s not overwhelming to locate the unit while you can enjoy the ambiance and tranquility. Last but not the least grocery store is located in the ground floor and has the best wine selection and fresh veggies, seafoods and everything you need. There’s urgent care clinic below where I had my allergy treatment with labs & meds cost me only $25 (food allergy)Thank god dr is so nice, pharmacy located on the same floor Watson have everything I needed.

Spotless and comfortable. Filter water is available for free. Ample spaces for teleworking and for guests enjoying small entertainment. Relax with acoustic sound bar in bedroom or living room, sip wine. Kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking.
