This house is located less than 1 mile from interstate I295. Very safe and central location 5 minutes away from all places of interest in Jacksonville. All Jacksonville's beaches within 20 minutes. Fully remodeled. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master bedroom has a King bed, Dresser and Mirror, a night stand table lamp and ceiling fan with globe light. Guest bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, night stand, chest drawer, table lamp, ceiling fan with globe light. Guest bedroom 2 has a Queen bed a night stand, chest drawer, table lamp, and ceiling fan with globe light. It is a 1650 square feet house. Dining room, full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. All bedrooms and living room have new laminated wood floors. Separate working area for businessmen with desk chair and table lamp. Two car garage attached.
Patio is full screened and six chairs with comfortable cushions. A charcoal grill is also provided for Barbecue. A 3 ton air condition unit is installed on 21st, July 2017. Kitchen contains Stainless steel appliances.
Laundry room has cloth washer and dryer.
Jacksonville Jaguar football arena/stadium is only 10 minutes away. All brand name
restaurants and Mall pretty close.
Fire instigusaher and first aid kit is located in the kitchen.

Great place for three guys working

Property was beautiful! Grill was great for the guys and I. Movies and DVD player were provided. Just a great place!

Nice house but garage and Back yard

The house was nice and clean once we finally found it. Directions in GPS were confusing. The garage smelled of cat urine and the back yard fence was partially down. There was a dog that barked quite a bit when I tried to nap.

Well stocked and cleaned

The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Bedding was comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Master shower needs more force and water coming from it. Front storm door locking mechanism is corroded thus very hard to open it up. Screens In porch all the screens were broken and totally loose. Great washer and dryer. Not a fancy house but good enough for a week stay.

Pleasant Home

The kitchen was well equipped for our stay and appliances were clean. The owner was wonderful to deal with, very responsive to our questions. We asked about a propane grille and he provided a new one for us. He provided a large supply of dish detergent, TP, garbage bags and hand soap. Linens were also of a nice quality. The home was very clean. Location was very accessible to I295

Great stay.

The house was clean, perfectly located with its proximity to Jacksonville (everything we did was 14 minutes away, it was amazing). Having a washer dryer was a huge plus as well. Thank you so much for opening your home to us, see you in a year!

It was great.

The property was just as it was listed. It was beautifully decorated. Great communication with Mohammad. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Beds were comfortable. Loved the fact that it was 15 min from my relatives and in a central area. We will definitely rent this again.

Stayed at this property for the Holidays. Location was convenient to 295, house was very clean and comfortable. Good A/C, kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beds. We would stay here again.

Worked very well for us.

My coworkers and I stayed here for a work conference and it was just what we needed. The neighborhood was easy to find and the house had a great living area so we could hang out together and a great screened in porch for drinking coffee in the mornings. The water took a while to warm up for showers but we had no other issues. Great communication from the owners!

It felt like I was home.

Rating is 5 🌟 was able to check in early. The home was very nice and clean with all the amentities you need. Newly remodeled with all the cooking utensils, bathroom towels and toiletries. Convenient to all locations. Nice, friendly and quiet neighborhood. Would most definitely rent again.

Good place to stay when in Jacksonville, good value.

We had a good overall stay. The house is newly remodeled and it appeared that we were the first ones to stay. As such there was an early issue with the hot water tank but the owner had the issue fixed AND compensated us for the inconvenience. Good communication and had no issues dealing with these owners. The house is decent size with 3 bedrooms. They also supplied a garage door opener and the garage was plenty big enough for a full sized sedan. Had no issues with the internet or TV. Kitchen had all the appliances you need, full sized stove, fridge, and above the range microwave. They supplied shampoo, soaps, and plenty of towels. The west side location is close to the Orange park mall (about 10 minutes) but is a pretty good drive to the beach (30 - 40 minutes depending on traffic). Neighborhood is decent and was pretty quiet during our stay. The location is very close to and just a few turns from I-295.

We love to travel and taste all kind of foods. My wife is a CNA she loved to care for senior citizens. I am a financial consultant. I worked for one of the top 10 Banks in USA as a VP. I also worked as senior President for Buckingham Mortgage Corp in MD. I worked for Nations top Roofing Companies as CFO. In July 2016 I traveled and rent a house for me and my wife and stayed in Home away's vacation home and that is where I got the idea to do short term rentals, currently we have 3 rental properties in Jacksonville, Florida.
We consider our self very lucky in such a short time we start from one and within 12 months we have 3 and all our guest loved our properties. Surely we Love to host you soon.
