Escape to this classy and comfortable 1-bedroom 1-bathroom beachside condominium on the 5th floor of Phoenix IV.

·         Queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen television in living area

·         Fully equipped kitchen with seating for two at breakfast bar

·         Dining area seats four

·         Master bedroom features king size bed with lovely floral comforter and flat screen television

·         Shower and tub combination in master bathroom

·         Balcony to enjoy beautiful Gulf front view

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

This condo was clean and just as described. We don’t need much when it comes to amenities but it had everything we needed. It looked somewhat newly remodeled. Bed was a little hard for my personal liking but not a deal breaker.

All as advertised. Bedroom curtains could provide better darkening from exterior hallway lighting, wasn. Everything else was great.

Delighted with this condo

Very clean, comfortable, and cute. Just right for my husband and I on our first visit to Orange Beach. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. We will be back!

much needed

The room we were in was very, very nice. It was laid out different that any we have stayed at in Orange Beach. You could sit at the bar and eat lunch and see the beach from there, just beautiful
