Our yard has corn hole and bocce ball, along with a fire pit area. We have indoor games as well. This 2 story home has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs as well as 1 bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. The pool table room is located on the first floor as well. There is both a dining table that seats 8 as well as a stool seating in the kitchen. A huge screen tv for movie night as well as a full laundry room for your longer trips. There is parking in the driveway for 3 cars and parking in the back of the home for 1 cars. Street parking is also available. You can't get any closer for NW football games and can walk a block to the game. We believe this home has it all! The yard is newly fenced and is growing grass spring 2025.
