This tranquil and stylish home is perfect for your next trip! Located in the outskirts of historic Spring City.
9 ft. ceilings and expansive layout, you'll forget you are even in a basement! It's stacked with all you'll need to stay entertained, and be comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. Free internet and self check in.
Interested in using the horse arena or riding lessons? Let's book you a time! (Small extra charge) Don't miss out on an unforgettable stay!
The Space:
Large, 3bd room 1 bath has 1 king bed, 3 queens, and two twins. Lots of space to play with and enjoy your company. We have games stocked, both for kids and adults. Full kitchen with all appliances and cooking essentials.
There is a nice horse arena in the back that you can rent out by the hour and use with your own horses, or schedule a horse ride/lesson with the owner for a small charge.
You'll find the best of country living here.
Guest Access:
The full basement is yours. No shared space inside. You will have your own private parking. The horse arena is available to rent out by the hour. ($50 with lights, $25 without lights)

This was a lovely place to stay. Very roomy, comfortable, and clean. The hostess was responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will try to stay at this property again whenever we're in the area.

Check in was very easy with the code. This was a very modern basement apartment. The kitchen was stocked with spices and anything else you would need. Very spacious and welcoming.

I really loved this place, as did my family. We were in the area for a special occasion, and this place just added to the experience. It was quiet, the horses were friendly, the accommodations were very new, modern, and open, and just perfect for what we needed. The price was also reasonable. The only thing that I wish they had was accommodations for our tiny family dog. We had to rent another room in a nearby town so that the dog could travel with my daughter. (They both suffer from some big-time anxiety when they aren't together.) So, besides that, everything was perfect, and maybe having a few more blankets and pillows on hand, the place was perfect, and we would definitely stay there again. They even had a great assortment of coffee, teas, and snacks. Oh and their chore list was reasonable. Trashes and put the towels in the washer.
