Our family had an extended visit to celebrate a family wedding. The location, configuration and features of the home were perfect for our needs The lanai is a fantastic gathering space and our favorite feature I would definitely recommend this property. That said, a few areas for improvement are neededEmail communication: was incorrect and lead to issues. The gate access codes emailed in advance of our arrival were wrong as was the phone number to contact property management to resolve issues This caused a delay of 45 minutes to gain access to the property- late at night after 20 hrs of traveling Their automated messages also didn’t account for special accommodations ( eg preagreed late check out) and was confusing The concierge helping with services was slow to respond and it took an inordinate amount of back and forth to address simple questions We had no hot water for the first three days of our stay- the property had not been occupied in a while; there should have been a simple check for this before our arrival to ensure everything was in order The rental description indicated availability of beach gear, but that was not accessible to guests on the property ( they did make good on this and delivered to our property on day 2) Please please please add recycle bins.
