the central heating and ac are controlled by the main house. we generally keep that temperature at 72 to 75 degrees
Please Try and Avoid Wearing Shoes inside the Unit to Help Maintain the Cleanliness of the Floor.

It's a small private but cozy room. you'll love the newly remodeled bathroom. please, absolutely NO SMOKING will be tolerated. we have a small baby next door, if smoke is smelled, you'll be asked to leave asap, and fined $5000 for immediate cleaning for baby's health.
