Your rental has a full kitchen with cookware, private laundry room, two bedrooms, living room, patio, and a gazebo with view of the mountains. Public swimming pool and hot tub for $5 (down the street at the Gateway Resort).
Minutes away from Lake Powell, and 25 minutes or less to slot canyons.
ROKU television. Cookware provided. Futon/couch can fold out, as spare beds. Fireplace. Central A/C.
1.5 bathrooms. Games and books for kids. Playground nearby.
Parking for boat/car in driveway. Manager on site.
Must climb stairs. Smoking outside OK.
We are in a dry climate and quiet neighborhood. We have some of the freshest air in the country.
This private townhome is perfect for a maximum of six people (including both adults and children). Ideal comfort for only 4 persons. Extra charge for more than 4 persons.
