- A mandatory daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) is required. This fee is charged per day (not per person). The daily amenity fee includes in-room Wi-Fi, local and 1-800 phone calls, 24-hour concierge and front desk services, access to daily yoga and fitness classes in our two-story world-class fitness complex, exclusive entry to our South Beach beach club, and two complimentary drinks upon arrival.
Fee (Resort Fee): $59 + tax per day (approx. $66.67/day). This fee needs to be paid at least 4 hours before check-in. This amenity fee must be paid online before we can send your check-in details to The Elser. It can take up to 2 hours for the building to enter you into their system, which is required in order to receive your fob and access the unit. To avoid delays, we recommend paying the fee as soon as possible.
- Valet Parking is available for $75 + taxes per night for sedans, minivans, and pickup trucks that do not exceed 7 feet in height. For guests or day parking, valet is available for $25 + tax. The valet garage is equipped for electric vehicles, with a limited number of charging stations available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note: Completing the Rental Agreement Form and Check-in Form is mandatory to finalize your reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, the forms will be sent to you and must be completed in order to proceed with your stay.
**$350 Pre-Authorization Hold:** We require a $350 pre-authorization hold on your account upon check-in to cover potential damages. This is not a charge, but a hold. Check-in will not be permitted without a valid card on file to cover any incidental charges or potential damages during your stay. Provided there are no damages, missing items, or house rule violations, the hold will be released 5 days after your check-out.
