This fully furnished Perdido Sun beach front unit is equipped with one master king bed, one queen bed and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room. On the East side of the property, you will wake up each morning in this unit to a stunning view down the beach! Within walking distance of Johnson Beach, you will enjoy the convenience of this unit's location in Perdido Key.

In each bedroom you will find a LCD TV and a 46 inch LCD Smart TV in the living room with a WiFi/BluRay DVD player connected. Log into your NetFlix account and stream movies directly to the TV! The unit also contains a full size washer and dryer.

Enjoy cooking in the fully furnished kitchen or venture right across the road to eat at the Jellyfish Bar in the new shopping center.

Amenities at the Perdido Sun include a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness center, barbecue grills and picnic area.

Perfect week

This was our 2nd time in this condo at Perdido Sun. We extended our stay this time. We love the property. The views are gorgeous, and we are already planning for next year!

Getaway

This was the perfect getaway. We loved the view and being that close to the sand and surf was amazing. The condo was clean and cozy and we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back for another stay!

Wonderful condo!

Couldn't have asked for anything better! The condo was clean and bright with so many windows and beautiful ocean views. The listing pictures dont do it justice! My kids thoroughly enjoyed the heated indoor pool on cooler beach days and beach access was super easy! Would definitely stay here again!

Couldn't be better

One of the nicest VBRO's I've stayed in. And I've stayed in them all over the country. Everything felt new, including appliances and bedding. Well stocked. Views to die for. If you want a place on the beach, you can't do much better. The owner, Bubba, was available and nice as could be.

Outstanding stay!

Great views is an understatement. This unit has spectacular views in every room! We saw dolphins out front every day. The kitchen had all the necessary items for cooking. Or, The Jellyfish restaurant across the road is amazing, too--we ate there three times in a week! The art in the unit is such a nice touch, very classy. You can tell the owners care for and use their place because it is so well maintained. The staff members at the reception desk are helpful and friendly. There's rarely a wait for the elevator, and you're just a hop skip to the beach, which is pristine and quiet at this end of the island. The outdoor pool is unheated, FYI, but the indoor pool is warm for those cooler days. Thanks again, Bubba!

Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay here; the ocean is visible from every room! We drove to both Pensacola and Gulf Shores and loved the central location this stay offered. The heated pool is a great option for days the weather isn't great, and its being outside near the beach is lovely.

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. We have stayed in numerous condos and this is the first one that actually had a pantry for us to put our groceries in which was nice. The location is ideal with a couple of restaurants across the street. Bubba, the owner was great to deal with and also has a 3 bedroom unit there. (Unit 716)

Everything was great but they could use a different cleaning company. Mold has taken over and only just wiped down no deep cleaning. Needs new pillow cases and new shower heads. One tub didnt drain well. We still had an amazing time.

Needs to be thoroughly cleaned

I would imagine there is a company cleaning this property and the owner isn't around to check on them. The blinds were so dirty in the bathroom it looked like bugs were nesting in them. The towels looked dirty, no dish cloths were supplied and dishes on the cabinets still had food on them and the cups were stacked still wet. The one luggage stand provided was broken. The washing machine had a towel that had mildewed so badly that when I opened the door I gagged. Over all, one of the most disappointing Vrbo properties we've experienced.

Perdido Sun was great.

6th floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was great. Convenient beach location with lots of great restaurants nearby. We hope to return.

Enjoyable & Comfortable

This condo was great! The view from the master bedroom is beautiful, they have plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the condo for comfort and even left some laundry detergent pods for us to use which was great! The indoor pool at the condo was warm and awesome for our winter visit. We really enjoyed our stay! I will say the condo was a bit dirty, there was a lot of mold growing on the blinds in our shower. The owner mentioned they are coming soon for a deep clean though. They were very responsive and friendly!

Would come back again!

Everything was very spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need. The views are amazing, but the nice thing about the angle of the building is, you don't get direct sun at any point in the day. And the balcony is covered enough that you can be outside even if raining. The shops and restaurants across the street are wonderful, and the beach views speak for themselves.

Perfect Beach Getaway no matter the weather

This property is right on the beach with great views from all rooms. Elevator and pool access are easy. No matter what the weather brings, there is lots to see and do. Great restaurant and entertainment venues are within 1 to 5 miles. .We were especially glad for the heated indoor pool and hot tub as the days were a bit chilly. Our stay was very enjoysble. We are already planning to return.
