This fully furnished Perdido Sun beach front unit is equipped with one master king bed, one queen bed and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room. On the East side of the property, you will wake up each morning in this unit to a stunning view down the beach! Within walking distance of Johnson Beach, you will enjoy the convenience of this unit's location in Perdido Key.

In each bedroom you will find a LCD TV and a 46 inch LCD Smart TV in the living room with a WiFi/BluRay DVD player connected. Log into your NetFlix account and stream movies directly to the TV! The unit also contains a full size washer and dryer.

Enjoy cooking in the fully furnished kitchen or venture right across the road to eat at the Jellyfish Bar in the new shopping center.

Amenities at the Perdido Sun include a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness center, barbecue grills and picnic area.

The condo is beautiful. Very clean and huge. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you need The view is unbelievable. I could live there.Our host was very nice and was available for any questions or concerns if we had any (but didn't have any).I hope next year we can return to this unit.The location is also perfect for easy travel to grocery store,fish monger and restaurants.

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we booked, Bubba was incredibly communicative and responsive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He provided clear instructions and were always quick to answer any questions we had.The condo was spotless when we arrived and was very well maintained. It was obvious that cleanliness is a top priority, which made us feel comfortable and right at home.The listing was also 100% accurate. Everything was exactly as described, and there were no surprises. The location, amenities, and overall experience exceeded our expectations.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with an outstanding host!

Truly a spectacular condo with exceptional views from both bedrooms and balcony! Bubba had an easy check in and checkout process, and he checked in to make sure everything was acceptable. Loved the indoor pool and outdoor spa. Despite the unpredictable weather this early in the season, everything was perfect! We definitely plan to vacation here in the future.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our week here at Perdido Key and this lovely rental. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely reccommend this place.
