This fully furnished Perdido Sun beach front unit is equipped with one master king bed, one queen bed and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room. On the East side of the property, you will wake up each morning in this unit to a stunning view down the beach! Within walking distance of Johnson Beach, you will enjoy the convenience of this unit's location in Perdido Key.

In each bedroom you will find a LCD TV and a 46 inch LCD Smart TV in the living room with a WiFi/BluRay DVD player connected. Log into your NetFlix account and stream movies directly to the TV! The unit also contains a full size washer and dryer.

Enjoy cooking in the fully furnished kitchen or venture right across the road to eat at the Jellyfish Bar in the new shopping center.

Amenities at the Perdido Sun include a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness center, barbecue grills and picnic area.

Great location, clean, great views from balcony and both bedroom widows. Plenty of space for us and the smaller complex was the way to go with less people than some of the larger condo buildings.

This condo is beautiful! Inside is decorated very nice furnishings are comfortable. View from both bedrooms of the ocean! Owners were very prompt with information.

Spectacular Views!

We recently stayed at this beach condo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The condo itself was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The location truly couldn’t be beat. It was quiet and peaceful, with views that were absolutely spectacular.We especially loved spending time out on the patio, where we even spotted dolphins playing in the waves—both from the beach and right from our condo! It was such a treat and made our stay even more memorable. This was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and I would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

Very relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Perdido sun. The view of the gulf of America was beautiful. The location was close to grocery and restaurants. The unit was very clean and had all that we needed. Would definitely return.

Beautiful unit in the best location

We had the best week stay here! The unit was beautiful, perfectly clean and well stocked. Cannot beat the location right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Owner is very responsive and helpful! We will be back for sure!

Info on entrances

The unit itself was nice and clean. Well supplied except no toaster. We got no info on numbers to enter pool and beach. Some lady helped with that. When we got back from dinner we could not get in the front door of the building, had to stand out in cold until a guy came along and helped, it did not work properly all week. A big surprise we had was coming out of shower at 8 am and they are hanging outside our window cleaning no. Would have been nice to be notified of this. Lots of construction noise that we were pre warned about.

Getaway

Wonderful condo!

Couldn't have asked for anything better! The condo was clean and bright with so many windows and beautiful ocean views. The listing pictures dont do it justice! My kids thoroughly enjoyed the heated indoor pool on cooler beach days and beach access was super easy! Would definitely stay here again!

Couldn't be better

One of the nicest VBRO's I've stayed in. And I've stayed in them all over the country. Everything felt new, including appliances and bedding. Well stocked. Views to die for. If you want a place on the beach, you can't do much better. The owner, Bubba, was available and nice as could be.

Outstanding stay!

Great views is an understatement. This unit has spectacular views in every room! We saw dolphins out front every day. The kitchen had all the necessary items for cooking. Or, The Jellyfish restaurant across the road is amazing, too--we ate there three times in a week! The art in the unit is such a nice touch, very classy. You can tell the owners care for and use their place because it is so well maintained. The staff members at the reception desk are helpful and friendly. There's rarely a wait for the elevator, and you're just a hop skip to the beach, which is pristine and quiet at this end of the island. The outdoor pool is unheated, FYI, but the indoor pool is warm for those cooler days. Thanks again, Bubba!
