This magnificent 3 Story villa is located in the Tao community, just steps from the beach and surrounded by lush jungle. Modern designer furniture, the villa boasts spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and an inviting private rooftop with a grill, lounge area, and stunning jungle views. Take advantage of the private outdoor space for dining or relaxing while enjoying the tropical atmosphere.
The space
The property is also conveniently located near Jungle Fish restaurant, where you can savor fresh seafood and lounge by the pool. Perfect for families or groups, this villa combines privacy and luxury for an unforgettable vacation.
Other things to note
To keep our prices low and as a deterrent for guests to leave the AC's and lights on when they are not inside the property, we have the following rules:
1. Electricity consumption for Vacation Rentals: Each reservations includes up to 20 kw per day (enough energy to get through a typical day). The guest will pay for any usage above this amount at the rate the Mexican electricity company charges us. We provide a digital document at check-in which includes a photograph of the initial reading of the electricity meter and the updated document at check-out including a photograph of the final reading and the amount to be paid.
2. Utilities payments Long Term: For reservations of 28 or more days the guest will be responsible for paying the complete electricity, corresponding to the usage during his/her stay. We will send a picture of the electricity meter at check-in and will provide a digital copy of the official utility bill at check-out as a proof of the amount to be paid. For reservations of 2 months or more, the guest will be responsible for paying all the utilities (electricity, water, internet, and propane).
3. Avoid eating or drinking in bed, and don't sleep with sunscreen, makeup, or open wounds on.
In the case of permanent stains, bed linen replacement will be charged.
