This was the perfect vacation rental for our large family. Kids young to old enjoyed every bit of the amenities! The home was very clean and is exactly as the pictures show. The beach felt very private which was the best part for us!

The beach house was great! It had everything you would ever need! Jeremy was very responsive to us to make sure we had a great stay.

great weather and enjoyable stay

We had a good time with our family staying at the beach house We were lucky enough to have nice weather with no rain to fully enjoy the outdoors. The vacation rental representative : "Jeremy" was very nice to work with. The owners were nice too. I gave it a 4 instead of a five due to the continuing repair work by contractors during our stay and not having full use of the house. We have stayed here in the past with the prior owners and enjoyed every minute of it. It has been updated since then other than the uncontrollable damage that occurred days prior to our stay.

Most amazing beach house!

The Beach house will be the most amazing stay you ever book! We stayed at this house previously and loved it but the renovations that have been completed made this home even better! There is so much to do- everything has been updated and the beach is always the best place for walks! We can’t wait to come back!

This very spacious home was exceptionally clean and well maintained. A few fan favorites .... the Wifi kept up with our large group, sharp knives were a cook's dream, towels for days and every use category (beach, hot tub, bathroom linens), 3 sets of washer/dryers and blankets specifically for outside were perfect for chilly summer nights! Owners were very communicative. Easy beach access in the backyard leads to private beach but the access is shared by neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay,,property and house was beautiful. Family of 15 and plenty of space for all, kids really enjoyed having their own space in the fun game room, queen bunk beds were great. There was not enough time to try all the fun outdoor equipment, but they tried.The kitchen was well equipped and organized, loved how everything was labeled, no guessing where things go. Since the house was recently updated, everything was clean and tastefully decorated. Can’t begin to list all the little details that made this stay so special and memorable . Long walks on the beach, fires outside every night, beautiful views and loved the privacy. !Our host could not have been nicer, made sure we did not hesitate to ask any questions, and was quick to respond when we did. We are already booked to return next year and can’t wait!

Beautiful, spacious Lake Michigan home with large beach

This beautiful Lake Michigan home was perfect for our multi generational family gathering. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Gorgeous sunrises. Right on the beach. Lots of activities for families. Indoor and outdoor games. Fire pit and hot tub. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, Relaxing, and Convenient

Our family stayed here for our annual vacation with grandparents, aunts & uncles, and cousins. The house has 5 bedrooms with King beds in each room, and 3 full bathrooms, plus a pull out couch, and 4 queen sized bunk beds in an open area. This space is just big enough for our crew. The private beach is the highlight of this home as you really don't even want to go touring anywhere because the deck overlooking the beach and the beach itself is a vacation. We are sad the price has to go up because of new renovations and we will miss this place after two years of family vacations here! The week we stayed was during July's record heat wave and the house air conditioning couldn't keep up which made for uncomfortable sleeping conditions, but there are worse things in life. The owners are easy to maintain contact with and tried to immediately remedy what they could in this situation. Be prepared for the iron/hard water if you've never lived with it before - it does leave an orange tinge in the tubs/showers and might even tint your swimwear orange in the hot tub - but it will wash out later. The house is on a quiet road and not far from fun tourist locations if that's what you are there for - a small country store is also just up the road with an excellent deli, groceries, and some souvenirs.

We’re currently working with an HVAC company on improvements to the AC system to help it better handle those hot summer days. We also wanted to mention that the iron/hard water issue you experienced has since been remedied. The water treatment system had accidentally been turned off, but that has been corrected, and we’ve implemented the appropriate full home iron and water filtration treatment to prevent the orange tinge you experienced. Thank you again for your understanding and for being such wonderful guests. Definitely comeback and stay with us again! :-)

This is an exceptional place and location for a large group. We only had 8 so it was extremely spacious. So much to do around the area as well as just around the house. The only unfortunate part was we were so excited about the Milwaukee Brewers win that we had a late night fire and we were a bit giddy and loud...and that was without any alcohol (teehee). Quiet time is at 10 pm. We kind of exceeded that. The hosts communicated timely and were extremely conscientious of our questions. The hot tub was heavenly. We did not go out on the water due to the time of year, but there are many ways to enjoy the water. The State Forest was great for hiking and exploring just outside the doors of the house. No need to drive. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. There was even some popcorn, s'more and pancake making items for us to use if we wanted to. We would definitely stay here again. Well done to the hosts of this place!!!!

Amazing Lake Front Property

This rental property is amazing! Everyone on the trip agreed that it is the best rental they have ever visited. The location is top tier. The beach front is beautiful and is a dream for families looking for a place for their kids to explore. The house was pristine and had absolutely everything you would need for your stay. I’ve favorited this location for a return trip in the future.

The house was truly a joyous experience, very well-designed with a fun game room on the lower level. The private sandy beach, with adjacent 7 mile stretch of state park beach, was the main attraction. If you're looking for a private and peaceful family getaway, this is the vacation rental you're looking for.
