Beautiful property, super clean and easy to access. The game room was a huge bonus for the kids (and some of us adults too - thanks for some old school games)!

We enjoyed the cabin rooms were perfect for our family! Only issue we had was the freezer on the fridge quit working. The host had 2 people come and look at it and it just needed to be replaced. No fault of the host.

Lovely, large cabin with plenty to keep the kids busy. We had a group of 7 and there was more than enough room. The pool was nice and clean and the hot tub was great. The location is close to everything. We had an awesome time.

The host was attentive and kind! This was not the cleanest cabin we’ve ever stayed in and when I expressed that to the host, she offered to send the cleaning crew to come back, but we were already checked in and unpacked and didn’t want to leave after an 8 hour drive.Any issue we did have, the host did their best to fix it and was pleasant about it!

This house was simply amazing and the view just made it that much better definitely have to come back we did not stay long enough to enjoy everything in the area

We had a wonderful time here. The pool was awesome to have as was the hot tub. Our daughter loved all the games and had a great time. They provided all the towels and soaps just as if you were in a hotel. The location was close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge but far enough away to feel as if you were in the country. And that view... Amazing! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay! Beautiful cabin that feels so far from town yet it only takes about ten minutes. Owner was so quick to respond with just the few simple things we needed. Pool is big, warm and clean! Loads of space in this awesome cabin.

It was a lovely cabin and had a fantastic view! Perfect for coffee and donuts in the morning! The pool was a great size, you rarely see them that big in mountain homes. Nice pool table for the adults and, Plenty of fun arcade games for kids if you have them, also there are items for toddlers and infants as well, including a cute high chair and clean, modern, play pen.We really appreciated that all the bedrooms upstairs had their own private bathroom, including shower, and each room also had its own box fan! I love sleeping to that sound!And best of all was our host! She tended to our every need and answered every question in a kind, friendly, and timely manner! She made me feel like I could reach out to her anytime for anything! I’ve stayed at hotels that had on site staff that I had a harder time reaching then this wonderful of site host!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It was perfect for our family getaway. We wanted to spend time as a family and have everything we needed in one place. This cabin had all the amenities and more. We had a teenager and two tweens with use and they loved the pool, arcade room and pool table. The adults also enjoyed those and the hot tub as well. The hot tub was clean and the temperature was great. The pool was clean and a comfortable temperature as well. The washer/dryer came in really handy. It was great to be able to wash all our swimming clothing and not have to bring it back home wet. The views from the decks were breathtaking. Everything was perfect! The owner has really taken special consideration to ensure her guests have a comfortable trip. We enjoyed cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed and more. The entire cabin was really clean. The beds were all very comfortable, and the pillows too. The location was great, we were just outside of the heaviest crowded areas. But yet just a short drive to all pigeon forge has to offer. I had great communication with the property owner before, during and even after our trip. The only downfall was having to leave.

This is a nice cabin with a beautiful view outside. Multiple fun arcade games, pool table, some non electronic games to use. Multiple clean king beds and multiple smart TVs. Plenty of room to enjoy family. Now what I would improve. Some areas of the wood walls in multiple rooms were dusty. The bunkbed was not very sturdy; pretty shaky. However, my biggest disappointment was the state of the pool. When we arrived it was completely green and cloudy. Could barely see the bottom. The host responded right away saying the pool guy would check it out the following morning. The pool guy came three days in a row shocking the pool to get it to a clearer but still green appearance. It also smelled bad/musty. We chose this rental because the first picture of the rental is a pristine blue pool and we have multiple small children in our group that love to swim. I would expect the pool to be in at least useable condition. The owners just ignored me when I finally complained after the third day of telling them the pool was green daily and affected our stay. The photo I attached is the pool after three straight days of shock and filter changes. So basically if you are coming here for the pool, then maybe consider a different place.
