Beautiful Road Access House with dock

Fully equipped house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 queen beds and a queen sleeper in the loft area. Sleeps up to 8 adults. Large deck with BBQ grill, tables and chairs. Fish right off the dock. Covered boat dock with only 3 steps to the ramp. The house is less than 3 miles to town. Two of those miles are on a well-maintained gravel road, which is plenty wide enough to tow a boat and trailer down.
*Full week (Sat. to Sat.) reservations are accepted in January and February for the current year, and starting March 1st of each year, I begin accepting weekend and partial week reservations. Please e-mail me if you have any questions.

Quiet and remote

We had a wonderful stay! Yes, the road takes some getting used to, but once you're at the home it is remote and very peaceful with gorgeous lake views! We enjoyed getting away from it all!

Always a great stay

Our 3rd stay and never disappoints. Very convenient if you have a boat. Helps to have 4 wheel drive to manage the road into the property.

Perfect Location!

We love this house! It's a great location on the lake, and the covered boat dock has everything we need to keep our boat secure during the stay (including power). The house is always very well kept and clean, and the owners are great to work with. We stay here every year and always cannot wait to come back again!

Beautiful Peaceful Location

We just stayed a couple of night, I wish it were longer! It's a cute little cabin with all of the amenities. Private, quiet slice of heaven on the lake. The host was very nice and communicative. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay. Beautiful views from the property and the boat house is a big plus. The only sounds you will hear is the occasional boater passing by and the wildlife. Second stay and booked again in September. Highly recommend.

Family weekend

This was a lovely home and spot. The home was clean and had what we needed. The gravel road was very well maintained, but very steep and much farther in then we expected. Over all a good time.

Perfect location for a fishing vacation

Third time to stay in this lake house. The covered boat dock is easily accessible and ideal for docking your boat during your stay. The one lane gravel road with turnouts can be challenging, but opposing traffic is rare. Overall, this is the best place we’ve stayed in Lakeside, and we’ve stayed in several places.

Devore cabin

Couldn’t ask for a better setup for us. We had 2 boats and easy to keep boats on the water at all times. Boat house was a bonus. Will book again. Love the lake for bass fishing

Peaceful

This property was very peaceful. A true, get away from it all. We have stayed in a lot of places. This place by far had the best stocked kitchen I have seen. Very cozy, and comfortable. The boat dock was fun to go fish in everyday, and tenmile wasn't too far away.. Great place!

House was great! Clean, well maintained but the one lane gravel road was very narrow, steep, and so rough our suv actually dragged on the gravel.

Had a great trip. Fishing was disappointing but weather has been cooler than normal so things were off. Will be back to try again a different time of year next time.

Wonderful!

The road in is not exactly what we were expecting but what we found at the end of the road exceeded all of my expectations! This house is comfortably furnished with wonderful views and could not possibly be more comfortable. I would recommend this house for anyone looking for peace and quiet that's not so far out to be a pain. There is a grocery store right on the way so if someone was so inclined they would not have to leave the property until they checked out. I honestly can't wait for my next opportunity to stay at this wonderful property.

Great Lake Access

The dock and lake access was amazing! The cabin was fine but had a musty/mildewy/septic smell especially strong near the restrooms and back bedrooms. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to cook. We enjoyed the library of movies. Appreciated hosts clear communication and easy check in. Do be warned the gravel one lane drive into the property was very steep and bumpy. It would be tough without a truck or high clearance car. All in all still a good spot for family getaway. Highly recommend boat rental at Ringos, reasonable prices and great service.

First time at Tenmile lake

Arrived to find the Lake house not only met but exceeded our expectations. We came to see the boat races but honestly spent most of our time just enjoying the house in its beautiful surroundings. The home was accurately depitcted in pictures, but honestly its difficult to describe the quiet and tranquility of the loaction without seeing for ones self. We decided at last minute to leave everyone else home and just make it a his and hers weekend but the home will easily please the entire family. Found everything we could possible need to be onsite or withing easy reach. We will bookmark this VRBO as a must do again! Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your wonderful home.

Perfect place to stay on the lake

This place was lovely. The home was clean and the rooms were nice. The walk to the dock is easy (no hiking involved just the walk down the ramp), opened covered boat house you can fish from in the rain, flat yard to play games in and a pleasant homey feel. There were tons of towels, sheets and blankets. There is no musty smell in the house which we have experienced at other homes on the lake. The water has a very faint smell if any at all and isn't tasty to drink but the owners supplied tons of drinking water. We rented a boat to fish but the fishing is good this part of the lake. My boyfriend caught an enormous bass right off the dock. We all loved this place and will stay here every trip to Ten Mile Lake.

Excellent stay

This was our second time at this property. We absolutely love it. Comfortable home with every amenity that you could need. Large deck, huge front windows facing the lake, BBQ, and dock, as well as comfy furniture, two bathrooms, everything you need in a kitchen, and lots of seating. Communication was excellent. Easy check-in process. Detailed directions to the home. We will definitely be back.

Ten mile lake house

The big beautiful windows and vaulted ceilings are dirty and have cobwebs , the carpet down stairs is covered in dog pee stains, smells ! Under couch cushions is filthy . Stocking up is excellent and only mentioning the condition of the house so the owner is aware. We loved it there and would love to go back !
