Pet Policy: We are delighted to welcome your pets to our property! Please note that a pet fee will apply. To ensure a seamless check-in experience, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you plan to bring along your furry friend. (Only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two per reservation.)

Additionally, please be advised that some of our amenities, including the heated pool and BBQ grill, carry an additional fee. For further information, we encourage you to reach out to us, and we’ll be pleased to provide all the details and assist you in any way we can.

Please ensure the A/C temperature remains set at or above 72ºF. Setting it lower may cause the system to freeze and could disrupt your stay.

Security Deposit - A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your placement card upon reservation confirmation. This is a standard authorization and will not be charged unless damages are reported within 24-48 hours after checkout. If applicable, a detailed invoice and photo documentation will be provided. If no issue are found, the full amount is released automatically.
