Welcome to your Charleston home base! This bright and spacious 2 bed, 1 bath upstairs apartment features a large open living area—perfect for relaxing, hanging with friends, or planning your next adventure. One bedroom has a comfy king bed, the other has a cozy queen, and both rooms have their own TVs for winding down after a day out. Located just minutes from downtown Charleston and Folly Beach, you're in the heart of it all. Walk to local bars, restaurants, and the beloved Pour House for live music and good vibes. Whether you're beach-bound, brunching, or bar-hopping, this spot is your perfect launchpad for exploring the best of the Lowcountry.

Guest will have access to the entire second floor (Unit A). Please note that this is one of three units on the property and the other units may be occupied during your stay.

You will have parking for two vehicles dedicated to this unit.

This is a beautiful area and an equally stunning rental. The host provided excellent communication for check-in and check-out. You are minutes away from downtown Charleston, Folly Beach and many more places to explore. You will not want to leave.

The place was clean and very close to all of the shops. It was also close to Folly beach and the city of Charleston. Would highly recommend .

Immaculate property. Perfect for up to 2 couples for a multi day stay and was only 20 minutes from Folly. Definitely will stay again.

In town for College of Charleston Commencement Ceremony. Less than 10 minutes to campus to stay in a beautiful VRBO. Rental was roomy, modern and meticulously cleaned. Enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was wonderful. The location was ideal. Several restaurants in walkable distance. Close enough to downtown and beach. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Excellent place. Felt freshly remodeled and was clean. We liked the location for our purposes, and were pleasantly surprised by the nature in the area with huge oak trees, drive to the Folly is even better than some plantation drives :) if you take Riverland Dr.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean, spacious, and nice. We had only one need during our stay, and our host responded quickly to address it. We would definitely consider staying here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay during our Charleston trip. The property was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and the kitchen made it easy to prepare quick meals between outings. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check‑in simple, which I really appreciated after a long travel day.Shops, restaurants, and local attractions were all close by, making it easy to enjoy everything Charleston has to offer — from historic streets to great food, beautiful waterfront views, and a short drive to the beach. Overall, this stay added so much ease and enjoyment to my trip. I’d happily book this property again the next time I’m in Charleston.

The home was incredibly clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed to fix coffee and make a home cooked meal. It's close to a grocery store and a fabulous little fresh food restaurant with wonderful bowls, smoothies, and coffee (called Huriyali). Highly recommend!!

coffee filter still in coffee maker and a lot of lint still in dryer lint filter.Other than that, place was very clean and appealing from vacation / beachy looking standpoint. thought place was a little closer to everything / happenings for Charleston and also Folly Beach but was manageable and able to get to these by driving.

Originally I was hesitant to book this property because it had so few reviews. After looking at other properties I kept coming back to this one and decided to take a chance. I am really glad I did. Located on James Island it was well located to go into downtown Charleston and also to the historic plantations and homes we wanted to tour. The 2 bedroom apartment was extremely clean, attractive, well equipt and in a safe, older neighborhood with a lot of rebuilt, large homes. This property appears to have 6 rental units in two structures. It was very quiet and had ample off street parking next to the unit. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The location was excellent. Close to the beach and downtown Charleston. Beautiful updated property. The only complain is that the vents and lighting fixtures were really dusty and a king size mattress needs to be replaced. Felt like you were sleeping in a hole, not very comfortable. Communication was excellent and everything else was superb. Checkin/check out was easy. Charleston is a really beautiful historic little town!

Very nice apartment. Queen bed was comfy (I only used 1 bedroom) kitchen and bathroom were well appointed. Didn’t appear the ice maker was working but there were ice trays in the freezer. As a taller woman I found the couch too low and shallow for my liking but the leather arm chair was comfortable. The unit was quiet and ample parking. I felt safe and would rent again.
