Spacious Century 3-bed in Downtown Wellington with in Ground Pool and parking!

Located downtown Wellington, short walk to The Drake, Midtown Brewery, Sprigglen Meat Market & all the wonderful shops in Wellington! Full house with room for 10 guests. Private back yard with inground pool. BBQ and seating pool side as well. Awesome room for the kids with bunk beds! The house is clean, simple with lots of Country Charm. Cable with 40" Smart TB, Wi-Fi and parking for multiple vehicles. Items we have included; beach towels, hair dryer, clothes steamer, drop coffee pot & Keurig (you provide the coffee), BBQ, Crock Pot, Blender, Linens for beds and all kitchen items you need during your stay.
Notes:
-Pool is not heated
-This is a century home which means it's older and has character but its clean, comfortable and roomy with a fantastic location

Great location but house was pretty tired - kitchen faucet was barely hanging on and kitchen lacked some essentials, including a kettle. Table cloth on outside picnic table was falling apart and BBQ was dirty but didnt work

Amazing location central to so many great restaurants, wineries and breweries. Property was tucked away at the main intersection across from Foodland, which was also super convenient. Lori was well-prepared for the stay, all we had to do was show up and enjoy!

Plenty of room to accommodate our group - we were in Wellington for a wedding and this location was perfect! Lots of shops within walking distance, and great communication from the host. Would recommend!

It’s very central. The house’s not old with character, it’s left to deteriorate.Ants everywhere in the kitchen area even wthi the dozen of traps.In the sink, upper and lower cabinets...Hundreds of ants.NOTHING can be left on the countertop.Only two sauce pans, size small and medium (lid only for the small) not big enough to even cook pasta for 4. No stock pot.The fridge has no more handles on the interior door, nothing can be stored there. It’s leaking, so all our items were wet.Only two garbage bags, had to ask for more.Washing machine very dirty we didn’t want to put our stuff in it and also cumbersome to access it. No hook at all to hang wet towels.Apart from dish soap, absolutely nothing to wash the dishes. No scrub, no tray, no sponges; nothing. Windows are really dirty, hasn’t been cleaned for a long time, when we opened one in our room there was old Q-tips on the rail. The BBQ was so full of crap that it caught on fire. No garbage bags or scrubs so had to use our own bags and other items to clean the old corroded breaking apart BBQ. The BBQ brush, is so old it doesn’t scrape anything anymore. There was enough gas for one night of cooking and no extra propane tank to switch it. No more was provided. Pool was cool, but the vacuum stayed into the pool the whole week. No beach pass and note that the one bathroom/toilet is not on the same floor than the bedrooms. Honestly, we’ve rent many time in PEC, and that was our worst experience. Doesn’t worth the paid price.

You pay for what you get. The home was nice but it definitely got hot upstairs. I would recommend the host installing an ac for upstairs or purchasing some fans for the property

We had a wonderful stay at this rental in the center of Wellington. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 children. Everyone enjoyed the pool, which was very warm even though it doesn’t have a heater. The décor is simple and a bit dated, but it’s perfect for a cozy cottage atmosphere and for not having to worry about the kids breaking anything.The air conditioning worked well, and we were comfortable despite the heat wave.The location is perfect—just a 3-minute walk from a large playground and a 10-minute walk from a beach. There’s a grocery store right across the street and several little restaurants all around.Getting to the 3 Sandbanks beaches was easy and quick (about a 20-minute drive).Thank you, Lori and Dan :)

Très déçu. Première fois que je vis cette mauvaise exérience. Appartement ssle, piscine sale avec souris dans la plaque d’aspirateur (le skim-vac). Le frigo qui coule. Pas assez d’ustensils de cuisine. AC bien besoin pour les chambres. Besoin d’une bonne rénovation avant de louer à ce prix. Disappointed..
