Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. Location was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. Close to restaurants and shops.

It was conveniently located. Loved that it had an ocean view and walkable to the beach. It was very easy to communicate with the host and they are local. We would stay there again.

We had a great stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It looked just like the photos in the listing. We especially appreciated how close it was to both the beach and the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. One evening, we walked to the Tiki Hut for live music and enjoyed a relaxing walk back along the beach afterward. The outdoor showers were a nice bonus for rinsing off after spending time at the beach. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a little weekend away for 2! Kendall was very tentative with checking in with us to see if we needed anything ! Place was very cute and very close to the beach and so many things within walking distance!! Maybe next time we will stay a bit longer ! Only thing the place could use is possibly a love seat instead of the chairs. Not the most comfortable but doable! Thanks again !

Just as advertised. Nice, clean place with many amenities nearby. Great location for HHI, steps from the beach and pool. Responsive and caring owner.

Unit could use updated electrical and AC. At a minimum update lamp in bedroom on nightstand to to be touch controlled and provide for charging of devices. I had to do some work it was a hassle with the old electrical outlets and no charging stations. Otherwise it was perfect escape from my family.

Not really sure what you mean by updated electrical, they are all standard outlets, but I will check it out. So glad you enjoyed otherwise!

Not sure what you mean by not as clean as you would have wanted, wish you could have been more specific. We get nothing but compliments on our cleaning efforts. I have a wonderful cleaning staff that has been with me for almost 10 years and then I have an inspector that goes in behind them to just double check and make sure nothing was missed. Furniture is exactly as pictured.

Kendall, our host was a pleasure to work with. She was easy to contact with any questions and responded quickly. The location of the property was ideal as you are in walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beach. Great place for a couple to enjoy the Hilton Head experience and have quality time together.
