Charming Maine waterfront cottage community. Loads of activities nearby ie. Funtown, USA; waterpark, OOB Amusement park, York Wildlife/Amusement Park; Kittery and Freeport outlets, Maine Mall shopping plaza and the Portland Waterfront and Old Port. Within 1/2 mile from Ferry Beach State Park. Heated community pool shared by only 8 other cottages right outside your door. Beautifully maintained grounds. (Saturday to Saturday bookings July/August).

Starting in 2021 we are adding cleaning services as a mandatory fee.

We love this cottag. So close to the beach and the oil out the front door. I was disappointed in the communication though. I messaged the owners a day or so beforehand with a couple questions, and have never gotten a response as of yet. I then messaged while we were there and still haven’t gotten a response. We were really looking forward to biking. Didn’t see any so ended up having to rent them- very disappointed. And FYI. There are 2 beach chairs

Great relaxing & fun weekend

The cottage was great & had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property was beautiful right on the river with seats to enjoy the view & fire pit. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely stay

The location was perfect for us. Absolutely loved the view of the river. The cottage has everything you need to feel at home. The owners are quick to respond if you need anything and the neighbors are friendly and helpful as well.

We loved the quiet location of this cute little cottage. It was the perfect location to easily get to Old Orchard Beach and Portland. This place would be great for a small family looking for a summer place with the pool and access to the river.

Peaceful and relaxing

This place was a great find. The cottage was cute and the view overlooking the river was so peaceful and relaxing. The surrounding neighbors from the other cabins were friendly and kind. We would definitely book again.

Annual Maine get-away

We have been going back to the cottage for 5+ years. We always look forward to the trip. The dock for fishing and the pool are a huge hit for the kids.

Cute cottage.

We are a family of 4. We were pleasantly surprised by this small cottage. It had everything we needed for our short stay. It was very clean. We thought we would be tripping over each other, but we made it work. The area is very quiet and beautiful.

Peaceful

Friendly neighbors, inground pool wonderful and the views of the bay and sunsets are amazing. Easy access to local events. The cabin was very clean with all the things you need to make your vacation a pleasant one.

We live in upstate NY but fell in love with Maine's people and beauty. We have to keep working for quite a few more years (hoping to win the lottery)- so we rent year round. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. We ask that you leave our home in the clean condition that you found it in, so all tenants can enjoy. Our property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!

Saco River has some great Striper fishing. Other things to catch are squid, Pollock, mackerel, eels, and blue fin tuna. Sea Duck hunting in the fall/early winter. Our try for some puddle ducks on the river.
