Welcome to our cozy getaway! This fully furnished, two-bedroom lower unit offers the perfect blend of comfort for all. Making it ideal for couples, small families, girls weekend or solo travelers. Featuring a private entrance so you can come and go with ease, with a key code entry ensuring your stay is both peaceful and convenient. Master bedroom has a smart TV for your streaming needs with a queen pillow top bed, 4 pillows, large closet, dresser and full length mirror. 2nd bedroom also has a fire TV, queen size pillow top bed, 4 pillows, closet, and full length mirror. Both bedrooms have sound machines to help with those sleepless nights. We also have a-deluxe queen auto fill blowup bed for extra use. For Babies we have a pack n play, highchair, baby bouncy seat, stroller and wagon.(upon request) Family room has a 55 in smart TV (with all your streaming needs) dvd player with dvd’s. Leather sectional couch with recliners and built in USB ports and 2 chairs. Bedrooms and living room have their own split system. (Heat/air) for you to control. Work area for your computer use with high speed internet. The kitchen has a full refrigerator with bottom freezer/ice maker, (Guests love our crisp, refreshing well water. It’s clean, safe to drink, and sourced right from our property) Dishwasher, Table and 4 chairs. We’ve put together a homey coffee station with a Keurig and pods, both reg and decaf, an electric kettle, a French press, a grinder, to go cups, and a selection of sugars. Toaster oven/air fryer, 1 large Countertop Precision Induction Cooktop burner, large deep electric fry pan, 4 slice toaster, egg cooker, blender and crockpot for your cooking needs. Plates, bowls, silverware, glassware and wine glasses. Shared bathroom off of both bedrooms include shower, (2 steps to go in) sink, toilet, bath towels, makeup towels, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Half bath also has a blow dryer, hand soap, lotion, and makeup towels. They both also have light up makeup mirrors. Laundry room provides Tide pods, free & natural, non toxic dryer sheets and dryer balls for your convenience. We have board games, puzzles and cards for those low-key nights. Outside, Sit and enjoy a cup of morning coffee with a view of the deer in the woods or by the campfire (wood included) with beautiful stars above, right out your door. Patio area is covered and has a table with 4 cushioned chairs, (bistro set with 2 chairs and 2 lounge chairs) outside of covered patio. We’ve stocked marshmallow sticks for the fire, and extra towels if you’re heading out to the water parks. Water parks are all within a 10 to 15 minute drive. All different types of restaurants, bars, and stores are close by. Grocery store minutes away. This is a lower unit with owners living upstairs.(Easy for us to help with anything needed) Don't let that stop you from having fun inside or out. We all make noise. Your on vacation and want you to have fun. We stay to ourselves and leave our guests have their space and privacy. We want all guests to see the beauty and calm feeling you will have when staying here. Once you arrive you will walk down the sidewalk to a staircase with 10 steps. You will see your private entrance on the right. We love dogs, so if bringing a dog please let us know. Upon request we have bowls, blankets, dog bed, and a kennel if needed.

5 cameras on property for your protection. Located by Fire pit/stairs/parking area/main front door & lower level entry. No add'l guests allowed. Outside quiet time is 10pm to 7 am. No parties please.

Dog must be house trained & well behaved. Let us know if you’re bringing a dog & what size they are. We have bowls, blankets, kennel & dog bed. We are not responsible for any injury on our property.

Hi we are Mark and Teri, we both grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago and eventually made our way to Wisconsin to get away from the hustle and bustle. We settled here to start our family and raised three amazing kids. Over the years we’ve fallen in love with the natural beauty, friendly communities, and all the fun things to do here.

We’re excited to open up the lower level of our home so you can enjoy everything we love about Wisconsin too. Whether you’re here to explore the outdoors or just kick back and relax, we hope you feel right at home! We also share our home with our two playful Kittens, who keep us company and add a little extra joy to our days. Mark enjoys fishing, hunting and loves music. Teri loves to garden, repurpose anything, crafting and outdoor activities . We enjoy spending time with our family and friends.

We are on 5 beautiful wooded acres with abundant of wildlife activity. Including Whitetail Deer, black and grey squirrels, turkey, and various birds. We enjoy the peaceful surroundings of our neighborhood. The stars in the sky are amazing. We love the privacy our home has. You would never know that the Wisconsin Dells is only minutes away.

A colorful glimpse of Wisconsin Dells from scenic river tours in Sandstone canyons to thrilling water parks and downtown charm. There are quite a few water parks including Mt.Olympus water and theme park, Kalahari, Noah’s Ark, Wilderness, Atlantis, and Great Wolf Lodge, Chula Vista Resort. All within a 15 minute drive. They have the original duck tours, army ducks, jet boat rides, sunset cruises and even a ghost boat tour. Lost canyon tour by a horse drawn carriage. Deer park, Timbavati wildlife park, Train Rides, Wizard Quest, escape rooms, over 5 beautiful golf courses and great mini golf near by. State parks near by are Devils lake - ( a must see) Mirror lake and Rocky Arbor for hiking, biking, swimming, canoeing, kayaking or fishing. Love Wine or Beer-several breweries and wineries near or in Wisconsin Dells, Wollersheim winery and Distillery, Balanced Rock winery, Broken bottle, Fawn Creek, Prairie Hawk, Vennebu Hill, and Baraboo bluff to name a few. They also have Trolley tours going to select wineries and a historic city tour. Breweries-Pals brewing, Tumbled rock, Al Ringling, Moosejaw, Hofbrewzhaus & Edelweiss Bier, and Gravity box with more to come. For
the sports fans we have-Just a game field house in the Dells & Reedsburg, Woodside sports complex right down the road for those outdoor sports. Spas are always a treat-Fay’s Serenity, Sundara, Sun Mountain, Navi, Spa Serenity to name a few. Dells motor raceway is also near by for more excitement. Bring your boat and enjoy the Dells water ways. For winter fun there are a few ski and tubing hills near by. Christmas Mtn, Cascade Mtn and Devils Head.
Maurer’s IGA grocery is minutes away. Walmart, Kohl’s, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, and Dollar General all 15 minutes away.
