Easy check-in, very clean room, and excellent location if you're visiting Blue Mounds! We were huge fans of the reclining couch too, especially after hiking.

We are both in our 80’s so we found it difficult to climb the stairs to the third floor. Also, the high dining table and three chairs were very uncomfortable to sit in.Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

This was a delightful space. It was clean and sweetly furnished. The couch was comfortable and the kitchen had plenty to meet our needs. The bed was soft enough to cuddle into it. The Wild Rose coffee shop across the street had the perfect coffee. The host had games available and ideas about local activities. I would happily stay there again.

Great location and unit was a perfect size for our needs. Bed comfortable, and unit clean. The kitchen appliances were good with lots of pots and pans, but not a lot of extras in the kitchen. We improvised a bit. Luckily, there is a large grocery store literally next door, which was super handy. Definitely would stay here again.

This was a great spot for us as we passed through for one night. Very well-equipped studio unit that has been recently refreshed, all kitchen aplliances, and roomier than a hotel. Went for a morning walk through a nearby park that had great walking/biking trails.The coffee shop across the street is closed on Sunday, or we certainly would have stopped there for a fresh coffee as we left town. Seller was very responsive, highly recommend!

The space coming into the building was pretty tight with multiple doors & there was a narrow hallway leading to the suite. There are also three sets of stairs that were not an issue for us, but might be for others. We used the kitchen, everything was clean & well stocked. The location is very close to Blue Mounds state park and other local attractions. The suite was modern & private, making it a nice stay away from home.

The unit was as advertised for the most part. However, the bed was not as comfortable as we would have hoped for. It appeared to be a queen bed frame (as advertised) but the mattress was several inches narrower (full size?), leaving a space on each side between the wood frame and the mattress. Not only was it awkward getting in and out without busting our shins, it was much too narrow for 2 average size adults to sleep comfortably in. One of us would have gladly slept on the recliner/sofa, but there was no extra bedding. We also could have used an additional towel and wash cloth.. one of each wasn't enough for a 2 night stay. There was no dish cloth or kitchen towel either, to wipe off counters and table after eating. Thankfully, we only needed the kitchen for a quick continental breakfast. Overall we were comfortable.. but a bigger mattress and more linens would be recommended.

The room appeared to be clean, however I spilt some water on the floor and when I cleaned it up, the paper towel was black. It did not appear the floors had been scrubbed in quite some time.
Bed was comfy. Kitchen could have been stocked better, particularly with water glasses. Limited towels, only 2 bath towels for a 3 night stay for 2 of us, one kitchen hand towel, one dish cloth and no towel to dry dishes, the dishwasher was out of order. Thankfully, a washer and dryer was on sight, with no additional cost to use it.
Be aware, the apartment is up three half flights of steps, if that may be a problem.
The "views" were NOT remarkable, unless brick buildings and roads fall into that category. Although, Luverne is a quaint community, it offers a beautiful city park along a river, with a nice playground and picnic area. Significant road noise was heard.
We would probably stay there again, as other options in town are much more expensive or extremely run down.

The room was exactly as you see in the pictures, very clean, very comfortable and the town people were so nice and friendly. It was a great stay! Love the town!
