The hotel has 36 floors. We were on floor 18. There was a limit of 6 people per elevator. Many times there were too many people coming down from other floors. The breakfast was adequate. The eggs tasted as if from a powder. It was very busy crowded & noisy.

Didn't or didn't real that I just out a down payment and realized when I got there I had to pay the full amount not too sure if the app adviced me on that but that made my experience terrible.

It was a great stay. The staff was very courteous and communicative, the room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed my time at the Holiday Inn, and we’ll definitely be back.

Very clean hotel, customer service was great. I had a king size bed room and the room was very small. But clean. Bathroom space is good for one person at a time. No vanity space. Everything you need is within walking distance. Also very expensive valet parking 75- 90 per outing not per day. Breakfast was good. Televisions should be upgraded to smart tv’s especially for the price of the stay.

It’s a holiday inn express. Everything was as expected! Check in/out was fast and easy. Only issues were an older bed that was not very comfortable and the elevators are very small.

Place worked for what I needed. Shower looked in need of upgrades, and when I arrived they were in the middle of moving a giant amount of mattresses, which made finding the entrance only minorly more difficult. Staff were great, bed was comfortable, room was clean but had very strong cologne smell, and no bags in any garbage cans. I think it had probably been just cleaned before I got there as a bundle of sheets were still outside the door. These things happen though, would stay again!

Our room overall was clean, there were some scarves and items that fell in the back of the closet. When we went to reach for the ice bucket. Also, There is only 2 elevators as it gets busy and packed we had to wait 10 minutes. I think we enjoyed that it was quiet and they offered breakfast, they also had dove products for the showers! I’d come again :) since it was only a 10 minute walk from time square as well.

The bathroom tub was not in good condition at all and the carpets were pretty dirty. The bed was comfortable and the shower had excellent pressure. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

The staff were wonderful. Our room was older and the bathroom sink was on the smaller side. The hotel gets packed so if you don’t like crowded elevators or having to walk flights of stairs, this hotel is not for you. We didn’t have a shower curtain the first day and the safe battery lights was iffy so we couldn’t use. All in all, it was fine. The water pressure in the shower was great.

We weren't in the room long and it was an overnight trip but one of the elevators were being repaired and being on the 23rd floor, it took a minute or several to be able to use one. Other than that, it was great. Located around to everything I needed.

So the 1st room we were given, when entering, had someone else's personal belongings in it. We went back to the front desk and got another room to find that it was downgraded to a queen bed PLUS we found more personal stuff and perifinalia left in the safe from a previous guest. Now very frustrated, went back to the front desk a 3rd time and told them that the situation had better be fixed by the time we get back from dinner trying to be patient and understanding that he was the only one working the desk. I am pleased to say that when we came back from dinner, he had figured a way to get us a room that matched our reservation details however, a little disappointed that there was no offer of discount or concession. All that to be said, the location was amazing for what we wanted to do. We were able to see a ton of the NYC area within walking distance and were pretty close yo Manhattan and Central Park area. Understanding NY prices, I feel the price was reasonable.

Only one elevator worked, making us have to use the stairs. Up to 20 people, with luggage, were waiting in a cramped hallway to use the one elevator. The breakfast area was small and packed. I do not recommend this hotel and we will not stay there again!

The room was a decent size but the bathroom sink was extremely small with no countertop space. I don't mind doing hair and makeup at the desk but the room lighting was the worst I've ever had in a hotel. 2 very small reading lights by the bed and 1 small desk light; not even a lamp. The other light was the entry and NO light in the room.

The staff were very welcoming. And the location of the hotel was fine. Unfortunately elevator was not working for the three days we stayed there. so to help with the problem, they put a person inside the elevator to manually run it. The second elevator was broken. So the average wait time for an elevator was 1/2 hour. Some people were walking down from their rooms on the 31st floor because they couldn’t get the elevator to stop there. We walked down from the 12th floor. although staff was friendly in the morning breakfast area, the breakfast was subpar to any that I have had at a hotel. For the few dollars we saved staying at this hotel, we figured it would have been worth it to stay someplace else.
