Unwind watching breathtaking sunsets right from the front porch overlooking the ranch prairie, a small onsite pond and quiet wildlife wooded area including eagles, owls and deers.

Retire in the evening to the comfort of a cozy living room and a modern kitchen with new Whirlpool appliances. Brand new 2025 appliances also include: WiFi, smart programmable steam wrinkle control LG Washer & Dryer, and 2-Ton Central AC.

We loved staying here with our pups. The property looks exactly like the pictures, the place was very clean, and we loved the surrounding trees. The hosts were awesome, and responded to communications quickly. It was the perfect getaway for us, and we look forward to coming back.

Great little place to stay. Was in town for some equestrian events. Everything perfect. Location was very relaxing and peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

What an amazingly relaxing getaway. The area is absolutely beautiful with all of the horse ranches, large trees and open fields. The place was super clean, comfortable and welcoming. The beds and pillows were comfy and I've never seen a rental place stocked with such a variety of toiletries and kitchen assortments (coffee/ beverages/ snacks). Our favorite part was sitting out on the deck each night watching the sunset over an open field with horses grazing in the foreground. I highly recommend this rental and we look forward to our next stay.

Excellent stay at this new and beautifully furnished house. Host was very welcoming and friendly. They should change the house name to ABOVE AND BEYOND! They thought of every possible need and more - from snacks, drinks to kitchen and bathroom items.

This place is immaculate and the host makes sure you have everything you need. Several items not normally found in rentals such as snacks, cold drinks in refrigerator, and even a few small bottles of wine are put there by the host. It is in a very nice and quiet location. I wish all rentals were as nice as this one!

This was a great place to stay. It was pet friendly but there was no fenced in yard. It was not a problem as the yard was very well kept with great lighting.Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well set up.The welcome basket was the best i have seen. I would no hesitate to recommend this place.

The house is new and lovely. Dayne is a generous host, providing snacks and some drinks. We were so happy to find a place less than 5 minutes from Sweet Dixie South.

The place was very clean and smelled lovely. The host was very thoughtful and left welcome snacks. The place did not disappoint. The surroundings were very peaceful. Watching the horses and listening to wildlife was relaxing. We really enjoyed ourselves. We stayed for a week. We would stay here again for sure!

Almost hate to say that this place is marvelous! I’m afraid people will book all the dates! Dayne has gone above and beyond. His attention to details was great. Food, drinks, etc already there waiting for you! I’ll be back next year!

This host was absolutely fantastic and the cottage was perfect. We arrived late and let them know that, and they left the outside lights on for us. The place is brand spanking new and the host is so kind to provide little extras. We didn’t stop for supper on the way and was able to have some snacks and drinks so we did not have to go to bed hungry. Had also forgotten a couple toiletries and there was something there for us to use. There is even some first aid supplies that I was grateful for when I needed a bandaid. And the location was so peaceful. We set out on the porch and watched a storm roll in from miles away across the pasture. We travel a lot and stay in vacation rentals most of the time. I can honestly say this was one of the best we have stayed at. I will say, if you have children or a pet-might bring a blanket to cover the white cloth couch with. And the queen mattress is a soft mattress for those that like to know that info. Will definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area!!!

This guest was totally kind, considerate, responsive and conscientious. This level of communication is one of the greatest rewards being a host that cares for our guests. I'd absolutely recommend her to any host!

The host Dayne was very courteous and replied to our questions right away. There were treats and drinks and plenty of them. Everything was very clean and the a/c was at a perfect temperature. The bed was very comfortable and my wife slept well in the recliner. It was very quiet and peaceful. We even enjoyed working on the puzzle, we managed to get it half way finished in the two days we were there. There were also cards if you like playing Rummy or Solitaire. We will definitely go back!!!
