Conveniently located in the middle of the development and walkable to the Inn, Lodge, Swim and Fitness and winery (10-15 min walk) make our place the ideal home base for your Suncadia visit. We take care to keep the home well stocked and change out linens often! Charge your vehicle with our private 50 Amp ChargePoint charger
**We strive to keep our home up to date by cycling in new linens, towels and replacing broken or worn down items. July 2026 new induction range and cookware, new dishwasher and new washer / dryer combo. June 2025 - replaced ALL 3 mattresses with luxury medium mattresses, they are very comfy. Carpet was replaced and painted all of the main interior walls and ceiling. Also replaced the master king bed frame in the Spring of 2023 **
Our smartly constructed 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is the ideal place for next getaway. Whether you enjoy golfing, biking, hiking, snow sports, gourmet food / wine, fly fishing, horseback riding, river rafting or just want a place to BBQ, play games / watch movies and or soak in a hot tub, the xhouse will not disappoint!
Layout:
Main floor:
The home has a fantastic design and will provide a great vacation experience for up to 8 guests. You will notice spaciousness of the high ceilings as you enter the front door, which leads seamlessly through the gourmet kitchen, complete with 5 burner gas stove, large Sub-Zero refrigerator, beverage fridge, toaster oven, microwave and dishwasher. Between the kitchen and living area is dining area with seating for 6. The living room provides a great gathering space– With its large and comfy sectional (which contains a twin sized hide-a-bed), fireplace, entertainment center, 55” Roku Smart TV screen (complete with YoutubeTV & it's 55 live channels including ESPN, main networks and many more, Netflix, Amazon streaming and bluetooth enabled sound bar) and wide accordion style patio doors, that allow you to open the home up completely to the lovely outdoor space with fire pit, hot tub and BBQ. A powder room offers a nice addition to the common area .
Just off of the living area is a master suite with comfy king sized bed and separate access to the outdoor space, which is perfect for pets. This master suite offers a 42" Roku TV with all the streaming and live TV options as are available in the living room. The bathroom contains a claw foot tub, enclosed glass shower, two sinks and spacious vanity. The walk in closet is heated, contains a changing table and a pack and play - so you can leave yours at home! This will make for a quiet and separate nursery to allow baby to sleep peacefully.
Upstairs is another master suite, with firm king bed and memory foam mattress pad for a lovely night sleep. There is a twin sized foldout ottoman and 42” Roku smart TV as well. This room peeks out to the Stuart mountain range, has a spacious bathroom with two sinks and a large adjoining walk in closet. Also on this floor is a smaller third bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed. The base rental price includes lodging, towels and linens for 6, however we allow up to 8 guests total and extra guest fee. Linens, duvets, pillows and towels are provided for these extra folks once prepaid and approved.
Located in the heart of the resort, our Suncadia retreat is a very short walk from the Inn, which houses the Prospector course Pro Shop and The Canary Grill – open during the golf season. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the Lodge, which contains 2 restaurants, a coffee shop and a great hiking trail down to the Cle Elum River. It is a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive from Swiftwater Cellars and the Rope Rider golf course.
*** Please note, in order to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center, we must be around to walk you to the facility. We are often in the development, so if this is an important feature let me know and we can see if it is likely for us to get you in. ***

Rope Rider, conceived by Jacobsen Hardy Golf Course Design (just opened in August 2011), challenges experienced players, as well as families with youth tees and shorter loops for quick sessions with the kids.
Suncadia adjoins 1,200 pristine acres along the Cle Elum River corridor for family vacation activities like horseback riding, fly fishing, white-water rafting, kayaking, and rock climbing. Adjacent to the 2.2 million acre Wenatchee National Forest for downhill skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling, Suncadia is also within a short drive to Washington state's growing Wine Country and countless small, historic mining and agricultural towns to explore.
Please note - unfortunately Suncadia will not allow private renters to access the swim and fitness center, unless they are accompanied by a member and pay for a 24 hour access pass. Please check with me to see if I am able to get you access during your stay.

We are located a short 10 minute walk from the lodge and just 12-15 minutes from Swiftwater winery.
Unfortunately there is no public transportation or taxi service in the area. Fortunately you can walk to a fun bar / restaurant!
Since our cleaning company does not work on Saturdays - We can no longer accept a Saturday check in or check out.
Please treat the home as you would your own and all will be well. Taking responsibility for any damage or issues and letting me know before hand is super helpful as we can likely address them while you stay!

We allow pets but sadly have had several naughty creatures who were not properly kenneled cause real damage. With that in mind we require prior approval for any rental group with pets, we have a list of requirements that need to be agreed to in to avoid issues during your stay.
