Guest Access:

You'll have private access to the entire home and backyard during your stay, including the pool, hot tub, game room, and all indoor and outdoor amenities.

Guests can conveniently self check-in using a personalized electronic door code, which will be sent prior to arrival. There are no keys to keep track of, making arrival easy no matter what time you get here.

You'll also have access to the driveway for parking. Please park only in the designated parking areas outlined in your check-in guide.

Note on Local Water:

Built on the Everglades, South Florida's groundwater naturally contains organic matter (tannins) from decaying vegetation, giving raw water a yellow-brown hue that deepens after heavy rains. The Fiveash plant's "lime softening" method does not remove all natural color, but daily municipal testing ensures the water is chemically and bacteriologically safe. Despite the slight discoloration, city officials confirm it remains safe to drink and meets all primary state and federal standards.
