This cozy retreat keeps you close to the action offers thrilling airshow flyovers by day and an inviting, comfortable space to unwind at night.
Inside, you’ll find a touch of mid-century flair and thoughtful amenities to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The sleeping arrangements include one twin XL bed, a twin daybed with trundle, and an optional double futon or twin air mattress in the living room. A full bathroom, free washer and dryer, and roomy basement add comfort and convenience for longer stays.

As an aviation enthusiast, this is the perfect city for me and I am excited to share it with anyone who comes.

After a year of renting in this neighborhood I knew I would never be able to leave the planes behind. There is always someone in the air and the occasional thrill of a jet is my favorite. In the Friday and Saturday before AirVenture of my first year, it was an awesome to watch the small planes come in, tail-to-tail, in a never-ending stream. When this perfect, little cottage became available it was a dream to put down permanent roots.
