Very friendly and helpful hosts. Check in was easy and stress free. The house was very clean. They even drained and cleaned the hot tub for us before we arrived.

We stayed here with a group of friends for our wedding in Naples and it was incredible! Rachel was communicative and accommodating and the property was great.

Enjoyable Stay in Bristol Hills

We enjoyed our stay at this property. House was large enough to accommodate our extended family of 12. Kids especially enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Outside deck area was enjoyed by all. Location was good with nearby restaurants and sites. Our Host was very helpful and provided excellent communication.

This is a wonderful place for a big-family get-together. There are many bedrooms and we easily accommodated 15 people (10 adults, 5 children). The game room in the attic was a huge hit. The property itself is lovely too, with a huge yard and some adjacent woods with a walking path. I definitely recommend it!

The host was always available to answer any questions. It was a wonderfullocation for the wedding we attended at The Woods. And it housed 16 of us comfortably. That included two children. The kids slept on rollaways in their parents room and the single young men took the bunk beds and trundle. Everyone else was couples and it was lovely. We had our own family reunion since some of us came from California, NY and Canada. I definitely recommend it and very clean and accommodating.

What a amazing, beautiful, spacious place! Stayed after my son's wedding and truly only had time to lay our heads on the pillows. Wish we had more time to relax there. We absolutely loved our stay at the farmhouse! We had 13 guests, and everyone had a very comfortable bed—with plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our two families. The house is set on a beautiful, peaceful property and is tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and gathering.The location was perfect—just a short drive to Canandaigua and very convenient for a wedding we attended near Bristol Mountain. Rachel, the owner, was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay.I highly recommend this property, and we would definitely stay here again!

FLX Farm house was a great property for a group and pet friendly. Close to many places to see (lakes, hikes, wineries and towns). We were there to attend a wedding nearby at the lake and this worked out perfect. The number of bathrooms was a plus. Rachael (host) was super responsive and has everything organized to just happen smoothly. Highly recommend this renovated farmhouse!
