You will find yourself within a short five minute walk of Fernie’s best local boutiques, cozy coffee shops, and renowned restaurants. Whether you are looking to enjoy the local arts scene, grab a craft beer, or explore the historic charm of the downtown core, everything is right at your doorstep while still allowing for a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.



Getting Around:

Getting around from 792 3rd Ave is easy and convenient. You’re in the heart of downtown, so cafés, restaurants, shops, and groceries are all just a short walk away. Fernie Alpine Resort is an 8‑minute drive, and most parks, trails, and attractions are within 5 minutes by car or bike. Seasonal shuttles run to the ski hill, and local taxis are available for quick trips around town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a suite that is separate from the main house. The owners of the house live in the main section of the house when they are home. Maureen is your host, but does not live on site.



The house is located near downtown Fernie and therefor there is the possibility of noise. Earplugs are provided in the unit for your comfort.
