I became enamored with Palm Springs about 10 years ago and after visiting many, many times finally made the desert lifestyle part of my reality in 2023. I have spent a lot of time and energy restoring this vintage property to its former glory while adding modern amenities. I hope you'll love Palm Springs as much as I do!

The Warm Sands neighborhood is one of the oldest and most charming areas of Palm Springs: wide, quiet streets, charming Spanish architecture and unobstructed, close up views of the San Jacinto mountains. Only a 1/2 mile from downtown, the shops, restaurants and nightlife are all within easy reach in addition to the even closer Sunny Dunes district with vintage shops, bars, and Townie Bagels. Main roads and public transport are just a few blocks away to reach further destinations around the Coachella Valley.
