The staff were very courteous and helpful and the room was very comfortable. Unfortunately our third floor room was subject to intrusive noise from the music venue next door from late up to 4 am but a request to change rooms was immediately accommodated and a high floor room was very peaceful on the second night.

Great location near subway, friendly staff, beds were very comfortable and rooms a good size. The AC is a bit noisy, would be my only criticism, but I know this is very common in older NYC buildings. Definitely recommend!

I would rate this as a 5 except that we were put in a room that had one bed and a fold down couch instead of the double bed room we reserved. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful and it was a nice room that had been redone. The bathroom was beautiful.

The room was very roomy, comfortable and the floor was quiet. The AC was perfectly cold against the heat wave over the weekend. The front desk and staff were super kind and offered so much assistance making everything comfortable, smooth and calm. We even checked out bags in before check in time and felt peace of mind that our luggage was safe. I would certainly stay here again. Only issue we had was the key randomly didn't work to get into the gym but everything else was perfectly fine.

The staff were warm, friendly & helpful. Definitely not what I was expecting in NYC. I literally have no complaints, everything was spot on. We asked for extra linens and they came up right away. Location is central and felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and well furnished. The shower was a little difficult to figure out the hot water. There were two announcements made after midnight because the fire department was called, but we understood. The check-in clerk was kind of rude because we didn’t understand how the bag check-in process worked, but I think that might have been a miscommunication. Overall the experience was swell.
