Great stay for girls getaway!

Location & property were wonderful overall. Short drive to wineries, restaurants & shopping. Very quiet & peaceful with lots of deer! Our only complaints were the creaky floors upstairs & the mattress in both rooms were very hard/uncomfortable. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Great place, very relaxing

This was an amazing find... Very clean, easy to find and the house was very comfortable. The hot tub and basement sauna were amazing, and we saw so many deer in the huge yard!

Cute house

This is a newer property that is in a good location and nicely done. We would have liked the hot tub to get a bit hotter, and there was no body wash or shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. But overall it was a great stay and I would recommend staying. The heated bathroom floors were a very nice surprise! The furniture was comfortable, which isn't always the case in short term rentals.

Everything was really nice. Very clean. The only thing was that they have a sub pump and this time of year it runs a lot and it’s quite loud. It can really catch it off guard sometimes because of the noise.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the property very clean and overall enjoyable. Regarding the sump pump noise, due to the heavy amount of rain this time of year, the system does run more frequently than usual. This is completely normal and actually indicates that the pump is functioning properly and doing what it is designed to do. We do want to note that it is unfortunate to receive a 4-star review for a properly functioning system that is directly tied to weather conditions. That said, we understand that the noise can be unexpected if you’re not familiar with how sump pumps operate during periods of heavy rain, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. Perfect house for a weekend getaway

The house was perfect for a weekend away from Buffalo. Very beautifully done and great location! The hot tub, fire pit and sauna were extra nice touches. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all.
