Beautiful, Warm and cozy condo.
Located in the heart of MB, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club grounds, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).
Pets are NOT allowed

The Space:
1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, Very spacious condo. 1 Queen bed, and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer/dryer available in unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not available)
Dining area open to living room.
Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV.
*Pets are NOT allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
* No mailbox for this location.
*Pool access with code, bracelets and key fob. Any missing fob will be accompanied by $100 fee and bracelet by $20
* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Other Things to Note:
*Must climb stairs.

*(Pool is closed during winter season)
*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Please review my house rules.
*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.
