The open plan living space is equipped with 50" TV, Now TV entertainment package, WiFi, a washing machine, dryer, cooker/oven, toaster, kettle, pod coffee machine, utensils, pots/pans, plates, bowls, cups/glasses, central heating, electric fire, media wall, iron.

The bathroom features a refreshing shower, hand basin, toilet, toiletries.
The whole house uses a water softening system.

An enclosed garden/driveway to the front of the property, to the rear of the property there are double doors leading to patio area and large grassed garden.

The cottage was built pre1900 and was extended in 1970's, however it became inhabited in the 90's.
My husband knew this house growing up in all it's glory so we made the decision to purchase and restore/extend the property for when the time comes for us to retire in it.... Until then we would love other people to choose to stay there and enjoy the beautiful cottage with a modern interior in a peaceful location!
Although you'll feel secluded you're not too far from amenities, there are several local villages only a few minutes drive away, Roscommon town 17km, Athlone 35km.
