🚫 STRICTLY NO PARTIES. Our space is designed for relaxation and comfort, with permanent residents living in the building.

Building management enforces this rule rigorously.

Violations will result in a fine $1,000, plus additional cleaning costs.

💸 Fee Breakdown & Fair Pricing

- Living Room: Features a comfortable double fold-out sofa, perfect for extra sleeping space.



Bedrooms are unlocked based on the number of registered guests.
