We had a lovely stay in Ft Wayne — the house was super clean, the neighborhood was quiet, the instructions they gave us to get into the place were clear, and the location was excellent. Would certainly stay there again.

My sisters and I were thrilled with our visit at Sunny Side Stay. As soon as we walked through the door, we gasped. It was more delightful than we even expected! The home was immaculate, and the vintage-style decorations were homey and warm. We appreciated the extra blankets & towels, which are often lacking in other places I’ve stayed. The bedrooms & bathroom upstairs were darling! We cannot wait to stay again. It was perfect for our girls’ getaway!

House was bight and airy, it was as advertised and in good condition. The two twin beds on one room are actually a trundle bed. This was fine for our young family, but adults might find it awkward.

My best friend and I stayed here with our kids (3 in total). There were already games and toys for the kids at the house and that was amazing, even though we did bring our own the kids enjoyed the new ones. The house was VERY clean. We worked very hard (especially with 3 younger kids) to make sure it stayed that way. We had everything we needed except a can opener which was not a terrible thing since we had to get groceries to make dinner anyways and just added it to our travel bin. The welcome letter was very simple to follow and understand.

We went down with family members to attend our son's wedding. My two granddaughters thought it was our vacation home. They had a great time on the stairs and love the home completely. It was exactly what we needed close to our venue. Worked out perfect. Very clean and everything has said it was. We enjoyed it immensely. Thank you again

A lovely stay in a cute home. Hosts were responsive to a minor repair needed-there within 30 minutes and had a great attitude and the issue was done and dusted! Home was clean, thoughtful amenities, comfortable. Note for folks who need to know: stairs up to front porch, stairs to all bedrooms and only bathroom upstairs. Very sturdy rails for stairs. It's clear these hosts manage their property well, care about their guests and take pride in offering a quality stay. Note that owner does require an additional insurance policy (not included in the VRBO daily rate listed) which did increase the price a bit more. This is not something I would have added for this stay as it was short and we were responsible adults with no kids. Overall I recommend this property and these hosts.
