Tucked away in a private location on Guemes island. Enjoy this modern farmhouse theme home with tons of room to entertain and relax. Located near the ferry dock, Guemes Island Store and many beautiful beaches. Soak in the views of Guemes mountain and the Paradise Ranch highland cows.

The space

Thoughtfully designed home with luxurious primary suite on one end & 3 beautiful guest rooms on the other. Living room offers soaring ceilings w/wood beams, cozy fireplace, custom ceiling fan. Walls of windows showcase private yard, beautifully tiled covered patio w/chandelier for year around enjoyment. Custom kitchen offers endless granite counters, double oven, coffee bar and large pantry. A formal & casual dining area, multi-purpose theater/bunk room w/ensuite bath is a great space to host movie night. Plus theres a hot tub!

We absolutely loved our stay! Guemes Island is beautiful, and the home was so incredible that we honestly didn't want to leave.Our group included three generations. We had grandparents, our daughter, and four grandchildren, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Although we stayed busy exploring and didn't have a chance to use many of the home's amenities, the upstairs theater/bunk room was definitely a hit. Three of the grandchildren loved it so much that they insisted their mom sleep up there with them.I loved the back patio. My grandson asked me several times why I liked being out there so much. The furniture was comfortable, and it was just... peaceful!The host made our stay feel especially welcoming with thoughtful personal touches, including beautiful handmade magnets and fresh eggs from her chickens. Those little details made an already wonderful home feel even more special.This was such a memorable place for our family to stay while experiencing Guemes Island, and we were genuinely sorry when it was time to leave. This is definitely a home we would love to return to!

What a beautiful, charming home, in the most relaxing setting, and the nicest of hosts! Easy check-in process, and we were greeted with eggs and handmade clay magnets. Everything about the house was truly spectacular. We felt right at home, and enjoyed the e-bikes, theatre room, and hot tub. Jennie and Adam were wonderful and so accommodating. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

We are happy to be the first to review this house! I was a little nervous to book the house because it didn’t have any prior reviews. However, the house was beautiful, new-feeling and pristine. It was at least as good or better than described and than shown in the photos. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and great. She even left us some farm fresh eggs, and some fridge magnets as mementos of our stay. The setting was serene and quiet, with horses in the pasture just out the front door. We had a great time. We would definitely return.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful farmhouse-style home on Guemes Island. We were there for my niece’s wedding, and this home became the perfect retreat for our family — a place where we could relax, recharge, and enjoy time together.The house is absolutely stunning: spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It easily accommodated our group, with room for at least 10 guests. The gourmet kitchen was amazing, the bedrooms were inviting with high-quality linens and towels, and each bedroom had its own heating and cooling unit for extra comfort.The entertainment spaces were exceptional. The movie theater with a huge screen and eight leather reclining chairs was such a fun bonus, and the garage had a wonderful ping-pong table, games, and even two electric bikes to enjoy the island.The outdoor spaces were just as special. The hot tub tucked near the edge of the forest was peaceful and relaxing. The patio with heaters, a fire pit, cozy couches, and blankets created the perfect gathering spot in the evenings.What really made our stay memorable were the thoughtful touches from our host, Jennie. She welcomed us with beautiful ceramic magnets she made of the island and even brought us a hand-decorated box of fresh eggs from her chickens. Those personal touches made us feel truly cared for.The home was clean, welcoming, comfortable, and felt like a true getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for such a special weekend.
