Great location with on-site parking, quiet and clean neighborhood with restaurants and grocery store near by. Our recent family vacation was wonderful, the views from our windows were great and the beds were SO comfortable. My husband literally wants to find and buy the same pillows because he slept so well! Host communication was quick and easy when we needed something and everything was perfect. Will definitely be back!

As a bedding snob I have it say the mattresses and bedding were more comfortable than any hotel I can recall. Top notch!

Overall the space was nice and definitely very bright. It was a good layout for our family and nice location (easy access to red line), which was great. Our biggest issue with the apartment was that the windows open fully and there are no screens or anything to prevent someone from falling out. Our unit was on the sixth floor and we have two younger kids, so this was a nightmare. Would be totally fine if just adults, but beware if traveling with kids. Our unit also had several closet doors what were completely broken and falling off upon arrival. The host was very responsive and appeared to have someone come in to fix, but not in the best condition for the price point.

Stayed with family. The (3) bedrooms with king beds was great for all couples and the location to whole foods and other amenities was very convenient. Great complex.

The host was responsive a very helpful. Property ammenities are top notch. Very well equiped and comfortable. Apartment itself is beautiful and high end with o wonderful view of the city. Will use this property in again.

We (4 adults, one couple) stayed at the apartment for 4 night Chicago visit. Great:The communication with the team was A. Very responsive, easy to talk with. House rules were clear and no random fees hidden in those rules. Showers were super clean, no dirt/mildew anywhere. Very impressed. Location was superb. Close to train station, grocery store, few food places walking distance and lots of life short Uber ride, long walk away. Building security and front desk was nice bonus. Space was clean, beds very comfy. Full kitchen if cooking is something you need to do (with grocery so close, it's not a bad idea to save some ). Few improvements:They don't restock mid stay. Make sure there is enough tissues, TP, trashbags etc. get some from the store if needed. "Body" towels in master bedroom were 40"x18". I made it work, but thankfully we found one proper size towel for my wife. Truth to be told, I didn't reach out to the host, that may been fixed. Just something to keep in mindOK:Master shower is on the smaller size. Can't drop the soap, not a lot of space to bend over. Not something that can be changed. It's more European sized than US. Community shower was big enough. Thermostats were difficult to work with. Maybe due to building wide settingsWould stay there again if available for future trips.

Great location. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The communication was top-notch. Walking distance to Whole Foods and Target. Several watering holes nearby as is the train stop.

Apartment was super clean, very well maintained! Located in a great area, only 15 mins from Navy Pier/ downtown area. Communication with the host was absolutely amazing start to finish!! If I could’ve given more stars I would! The one and only downside to the accommodations are there is NO PARKING!! This was super inconvenient if your driving or have a rental. It’s not very clear in description. Parking for residential is $60, and thier is no street parking that is easy to grab. If you’re planning a visit with vehicles prepare in advance for parking.
