The home is located near a paved walking/biking path, Mavrakis pond, the hospital, fairground and VA. It is just a few minutes drive to historic downtown Sheridan.

Families will appreciate the children's play tipi, toys, and board games available for entertainment. Please note, this home is not pet-friendly.

You will probably want to drive most places, but the distance to the paved walking path is not far from the house. Ride your bikes to the paved area at 8th and Highland Avenue, which will connect you to more parks and pathways around Sheridan.
