This place is beautiful! The location was ideal. We were walking distance from Forsyth Park and the hop on Trolley Tour. The neighborhood was stunning. We loved lounging on the porch and made a fire in the outdoor chimney one night. The beds were comfortable. They provided plenty of amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

House was very clean and on a quite street, we loved sitting outside drinking our morning coffee in the porch swing, host was always available close to attraction. Overall lovely house and great time

The home was beautiful. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet. The only suggestion I would make would be more seating in the living room, an extra comfy chair or loveseat would’ve come in handy. Other than that, the home was clean comfortable and welcoming.

Nice property, easy check-in process, good and accessible location. A few minute walk to a park, grocery store and 10-15 minute walk to restaurants, shops. Easy street parking. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked with all basics. Overall a very nice and cute place. Negatives: noise from the above apartment, some TLC needed to address loose cabinet doors, peeling paint, stains on the furniture. I could not figure out how to turn on the fan on the back deck, none of the switches we

The house/apartment was roomy and beautiful. Very clean. King size bed in both rooms were comfortable and we all slept great. Sat out on side porch and front porch during evenings and it was super quiet. Downtown was super close and everything accessible. We will definitely stay here again. Also the host was so quick to respond to any messages.

We loved the location and the historic factor of the home. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. Host is great with communication and I would definitely stay here again. A lot of walkable places, including parks, Loved that Kroger was across the road, coffee/tea spot on the corner has great drinks/food. If you love cats there is a “cat sanctuary” around the corner we went there almost every day!

Very very nice historical home! We really enjoyed our stay there. Appreciated the fact it was well stocked on supplies and kitchen equipment. Just needed some baggies or foil etc. We made do though. . Again it was terrific!! Thank you

The house is in an excellent location - east to find - and we were able to walk everywhere! The house is so charming and clean - the porch and courtyard were beautiful!

What a great location!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Great coffee shop a block away and grocery store. Walked everywhere!! 5 stars for sure!!

We enjoyed staying at the apartment. Located close to a lot of interesting attractions nd close by a Kroger's for breakfast and sundries. Would stay again!!

Location was great- right in the beautiful historic district; easily walkable to most of the sights we wanted to see. Beautiful old home with well stocked kitchen; 2 bathrooms are always nice. Comfortable beds. Check in process was easy.

What a quaint, cute, historical home. Nestled just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk just about anywhere in the Historical District. The front porch was beautiful! We can't wait to come back!

This was a beautiful, classic property. It had the feel of stepping back in time. However, with that comes some inherent challenges. The air conditioning needed to be held at a level that some might not be comfortable sleeping. Also, we could hear the renters above us in the morning walking around. Not sure if they were heavy footed or the age of the floors allowed you to hear all the moving about.

The apartment was beautiful. Everything was as advertised. The porches were very nice. We were able to park on the street right in front of the unit.The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed.

Our stay was amazing. The host responded quickly before, during, and after our stay. The property was amazing and was conveniently located. Parking was easy. Property offered plenty of space. Property kitchen was stocked. Having a washer and dryer was perfect as we were traveling with children. It was nice to be able to sit on the porch and take in the historical homes. Walked to downtown multiple times.
