Very well appointed cabin. Location is very quiet and has a beautiful view of Center Hill Lake. Perfect location for us to explore the parks and waterfalls on the Cumberland Plateau. Cabin is very homey feeling. Owner is very responsive to communications.

The host was wonderful- very helpful and clear on all directions and guidelines. The property is cozy and well appointed and the view of the lake from the fire pit was great. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was great and had everything we needed. Went kayaking at the neighborhood ramp and it is a perfect spot. The ramp is 1 mile down the road so you will need a way to transport the kayaks. Love to stay here again.

Perfect place for our weekend at the lake. We had plenty of space, the screen porch was a great addition and the 4 of us had plenty of room. This VRBO host goes above and beyond, and we plan on coming back next year!

The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and pet friendly. The host was very accommodating and helpful. It was a nice time away with family. The cabin had a lot of nice upgrades. We especially loved the large screened in porch. I’m not sure that any property on Center Hill Lake has direct and easy access to the lake, but this one does have a good view. The property itself is nice and well maintained, but you have to pass some questionable looking properties on your way to it. The location is within nearby driving distance to several marinas, hiking trails, and state parks.

This cabin was excellent! Perfect for me and my partner to stay in for our weekend getaway. It was a cute place with a gorgeous view. The host was also very kind and responded quickly!

Absolutely precious cabin with beautiful views, a very cozy vibe and a well-appointed kitchen. My husband and I loved our weekend! Host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect little getaway. It is so cute and cozy. So beautifully furnished and decorated and super clean. We loved the screened in porch and spent most of our time there or enjoying the view of the lake from by the fire pit.Karen's little thoughtful touches like snacks and water made it so special. I would highly recommend.

Updated, comfortable, and well equipped home

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this home! The kitchen appliances (fridge, oven and electric cooktop, microwave, and in-sink dishwasher) as well as the stacked washer and dryer appear new. The kitchen is well equipped. The property has a beautiful view of Center Hill Lake in the distance, surrounded by wooded ridges. We spent most of our time on the spacious yet cozy screened porch. Karen, the property owner and host, was very communicative and kind.

This home is beautifully kept and decorated. And the view of the lake is breathtaking. I particularly loved the screened in porch and spent most of my time there, drinking coffee in the mornings next to the fireplace, listening to the birds and walnuts dropping in the surrounding timber, relaxing on the daybed reading a book, so relaxing. The inside had everything you needed, even a toaster that my husband had to find for me (you have to turn the lazy Susan to see what’s on the other side). The living room was comfy with reclining sofas. The beds were very comfortable, I slept like a baby. We would definitely book this place again.

The place was beautiful, clean, had everything you would need. The bed was comfortable. The view was beautiful. The inclosed/screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee/evening dinners. The shower (water pressure) was amazing. Had a cute sink dishwasher. Communication with host was top notch. 10/10 for a place to stay in smithville.
