The homeowners are a loving family who cherished the charm of this historic home before moving back to the Bay Area to pursue their careers. Since they still have family in town, they couldn’t resist the idea of sharing their small town with their young children as they grow up. They want to keep the home to share the small town experience with others whenever they can.

Downtown is known for its unique wine, beer, and spirit options, with a charming small-town vibe that’s hard to beat. Tasting rooms are just a few blocks away, and you can explore local shops, go antiquing, or catch a show at the Hutchins Street Square Performing Arts Center. There are also plenty of parks to enjoy. If you’re looking for something a bit more active, head to Lodi Lake Park or the nature trail. And if you’re a wine lover, there are over 90 wineries and tasting rooms within a 20-minute radius.
