Two Private Beaches! As our guest, you have instant access to La Vie's beach club as well as CoveBeach club, both on the beach-side of the property and instantly accessible from the lobby. The apartment has a private entrance, located within the building. We'll meet you upon arrival to ensure everything goes smooth, and you'll receive a keyless smart lock code prior to check-in. We'll send you the specific check-in instructions before your stay.
Your Private Space:
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy, including the private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, and you'll also have access to a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Shared Amenities:
During your stay, feel free to make use of the fantastic shared amenities in the building, including the swimming pool and gym.
Parking:
Free parking is available but must be requested and confirmed with us before your arrival.

Other Things to Note:
No Pets, Smoking or Vaping
The apartment is strictly a non-smoking and non-vaping space. Our apartment is also not available to guests traveling with pets.
Fee for Not Returning Apartment Access Cards
We also ask that you please return all access cards in good condition at checkout. We have a card replacement fee of AED 550 per card if you do not return the card to us, damage it, or lose it. We have this policy because we are charged a replacement fee by the building security.
Fee for Not Returning Parking Access Cards
If you are using our free underground parking space, there are two parking cards we need to have returned: One card is for vehicle entrance to the underground parking. A second card is for entrance into the building from the underground. A replacement fee of 1000 AED per card applies if you do not return it to us, damage it, or lose it. This is because we are charged replacement fees by the building security.
3rd Party Booking Is Not Allowed
Guest are not allowed to use their profile to book on behalf of a third-party: To maintain a secure environment, the primary guest on the reservation must be staying in the apartment. All guests will be required to complete ID verification via our onboarding app, as we cannot accommodate bookings made by third parties.

It only takes a few minutes to complete, and it’s where we collect the guest details required by both Dubai Tourism and our building’s security. We also ask for your flight details and arrival so we can prepare to meet and make sure you have a quick and easy check-in. We take your privacy seriously, and this step ensures a smooth, worry-free check-in.

Once you've completed your details, you'll get access to our easy-to-use mobile app. Think of it as your personal guide to your stay! It has all the important information you'll need, including the apartment's exact location, WiFi details, and a full list of amenities.
