This cute house was perfect for our last minute trip. It has lots of space, fast WiFi, comfortable furniture, a sizeable kitchen with all the appliances you might need, it’s immaculately clean, and in a great location close to anything you need AND plenty of options on food & grocery delivery in a close radius if you don’t feel like going out. Eric was great communicating with us and I absolutely cannot recommend this property enough!

Eric was so helpful and quickly responded to our questions. The house is absolutely charming! It was clean, has modern touches, and spacious. We enjoyed our stay while we were in town for a wedding, very comfortable.

This lovely home is even more charming in person than it is in the pictures. We had an amazing stay here and our host was amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

This home is a gem in Wichita! Pictures and description are very accurate and it is as comfortable and cozy as it looks and sounds. The owner is extremely proactive, responsive and accommodating. He even made sure to cool the house ahead of our arrival given the hot days. I would give extra points for the added charm throughout the house. There are lots of original features and nostalgic decor along with plenty of modern upgrades in the bathroom and kitchen. The exterior of the home was well kept and both interior and exterior were so clean. Overall a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this home!

It was a beautiful place to stay. The rooms were cozy and the bedrooms each had a TV. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the shower upstairs. Was very pleased with the fenced in backyard for our dogs to run around. Have no complaints about the property.

Loved the home. Cozy, but great space. Loved the front porch! The record player with was an added bonus. Easy and convenient to downtown.

Check in and check out was smooth and easy.The host was amazing, communication was great and very attentive.House was clean. Got everything we needed for our stay.Enjoyed it very much. Will book again.

Loved the house and all it's charm. Reminded me of when I was a very young child and the home we lived in for a few years. Only a couple suggestions:1. Try to get better sound proof on the upstairs bedroom. 2. Possibly a door or some way to give the upstairs bedroom some privacy. 3. Get an updated fridge.

Hey James, Just wanted to reply. The barn door between the kitchen and the laundry room actually shuts and has a embedded dead bolt lock on it for privacy.

We chose this house because my brother turned 40! It was a nearly but not quite a last-minute stay. The host was amazing at being responsive. The house was so cute and so quaint. It looks like a set of grandparents owned it before the current host, that did nothing but add to the character though. Whoever has worked on this house has done a fantastic job and you can tell they care. I think it is the perfect mix of updated and left behind charm! We weren’t expecting much because we were unfamiliar with the location, but it really was great! We are very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay here again. There ended up being three vehicles, and although we had to park on the curb, there was enough room for all of us.
