The main level of the cottage features a well equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious family room and the primary bedroom & bathroom. Upstairs you'll find the 2nd bedroom & bathroom which sleeps 4 comfortably on the 2 sets of double bunk beds.

The back yard is made for hanging out. The screened-in porch has a lake view, tons of comfortable seating, darts, games, and a tv for watching football in the fall. The attached uncovered deck is perfect for grilling & dining. The yard is fenced, making it safe for kids & pets to play. The lower deck overlooks the lake and is where you'll find the hot tub and fire pit.

The home shares access to a private boat ramp and deck overlooking the water. This area is great for launching kayaks or small boats. *Lonnie White public boat ramp is also just up the road.

Three cars or a boat trailer will easily fit in the driveway. No garage access.

* Please note that Alabama Power lowers the water level in the fall to prepare for winter and spring rains, then raises it back to summer pool levels by May.
