The Anita House has recently undergone a stylish renovation and features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own full-size bathroom. It offers two on-site parking spaces in addition to a two-car garage.

Inside, you'll discover a thoughtfully furnished great room with modern touches, alongside a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals. The house includes high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and electric fireplaces for your relaxation. Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable beds, ample storage, fresh linens, and the bathrooms are stocked with clean towels and essential items.

The central air conditioning system is dual-zoned, allowing for easy temperature adjustments, and all bedroom windows are fitted with roll-up drapes.

House was wonderful! In a great location close to South Pasadena. Easy for going and grabbing groceries and getting food. Such an easy check in and our family loved the stay. Kitchen is so spacious and open! Wonderful place to stay!!

We had an amazing stay here! My cousins and I met here and had a wonderful time, the home is fully stocked and the views are wonderful. The home is spacious so everyone had their own space if they wanted it. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, we would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The house is new, clean, and well maintained. There were six adults in our group and the space was comfortable for everyone. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the kitchen and living areas were perfect for relaxing together. Overall, a very pleasant and easy stay — would definitely recommend!

We stayed at the property over the Christmas holiday. The house was very close to relatives we were visiting so the location was perfect. House very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with items needed to cook and bake.Can't say enough good things about the hosts Steve and Joanne. Very responsive to pre-stay requests. Also, any issues or concerns onsite were responded to and resolved very quickly.We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home…but, the furnishings are very cheap. You can tell it is a rental because they didn’t invest in the soft goods - all the beds, sheets, pillows, rugs, furniture, kitchen equipment, pots, pans etc. are super cheap low quality. The house itself is gorgeous and the view is spectacular! The neighborhood is stunning and very quiet.

The house had recently been opened for rentals so a lot of items were still in bags. It was pretty funny. The view was beautiful but the couches and WiFi were horrible. Easy things to fix or that maybe don’t matter if you’re out and about.

Only issue was that the host did not give us the check in code until the morning of the check in and I had to message, email and call by phone to get the check in code. That was kind of stressful. We had messaged 2 days prior and they said they would send the code 12 hours prior -- which was already kind of short notice. (VRBO seems to indicate you get the key code 2-3 days in advance). But I was reassured that they wrote me back. On the plus side, when I finally called them on the phone, they called me back pretty quickly and got me the code that same morning. But with this kind of experience, it's kind of hard to give a positive review for smooth check-in. I had to follow-up multiple times and didn't get the code until pretty soon before the check-in.

Wow, this property is amazing!!! We absolutely loved our stay. The view is incredible, everything in the house was nice and new, and the host was easy to reach with questions. They had all of the little amenities that make a stay more comfortable like shampoo and conditioner (they even had baby shampoo!), some cooking items like oils and spices, plenty of coffee options, extra blankets, etc. We will definitely be staying at this home again!
