Nestled on 2.5 bucolic acres in the Poconos foothills, this peaceful haven offers private river access, two river-view bedrooms (king + queen), a cozy single room, and a sunny loft perfect for reading, remote work, or extra guests. Just a short stroll to the Ski Big Bear lift and minutes from the Masthope Mountain Community (though not part of the community), it’s an ideal four-season getaway. Enjoy a crackling fire, a modern open kitchen, soaring ceilings, and hand-crafted wood interiors. Relax on the large, well-appointed deck as bald eagles soar overhead and the river sparkles below. Only 2.5 hours from NYC and 3.5 from Philly—yet a world away. A train runs through the property once a day, usually at night, a thrill for railroad enthusiasts.

The home is very well maintained and the host was very responsive to questions. Loved the privacy and beauty of the area. We took a short trip to Narrowsburg and loved every minute of our stay.

A Beautiful Little Escape on the Delaware RiverMy husband and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect little getaway after our wedding. We wanted to escape the city, slow down, and enjoy some quiet time together, and bringing our pup along made it even more special.It was the perfect setting for our small honeymoon—quiet, romantic, nature-filled, and just a little bit magical. And of course, having our pup with us made the weekend even better.This property is truly beautiful. Being right on the Delaware River is something you have to experience for yourself. The peaceful surroundings, the trees, and the sound of the rushing water create the most relaxing atmosphere. There’s something wonderfully calming about sitting by the river and realizing that, for a few days, there’s absolutely nowhere you need to be.The home has that cozy, welcoming feel that makes it easy to settle in and exhale. We loved having a peaceful retreat to come back to while still being close enough to enjoy everything Masthope and the surrounding Poconos have to offer.If you’re looking for a beautiful riverfront escape where you can relax, reconnect, and enjoy a little time away from the hustle and bustle, we would absolutely recommend this property. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already wishing we had stayed a few more days!

We were honored to host Samantha and her husband for their honeymoon! They were super nice, very easy to communicate with, and the left the place in perfect shape. We would highly recommend them to all hosts!!
