Room 1 – Ground floor, with private terrace
Private bedroom with en-suite bathroom (directly accessible from the bedroom), separate living room, and tropical-style exclusive-use terrace. Quiet, shaded location — perfect for morning coffee.

Room 2 – Ground floor, just steps from the pool
Private bedroom and bathroom, comfortable living room, and terrace. Ideal for those who love being close to the pool yet still want a peaceful environment.

Rooms 3 & 5 – Upper floor, with shared private living room
Two separate bedrooms with a private shared living room and bathroom. The living room boasts extra-high ceilings, spacious and bright. Large shared upper-floor terrace — perfect for breakfast or evening wine.

Room 4 – Upper floor, with golf course view
Spacious living room, en-suite bathroom accessible from the bedroom, two private terraces — one overlooking the golf course. Bright, airy space — ideal for relaxation or reading.

Room 6 – Two terraces, with pool view
Private living room with high ceilings, en-suite bathroom, and two terraces — one off the bedroom, one off the living room. The terrace facing the pool offers one of the villa’s best views — perfect for sunbathing or evening drinks.
