Welcome to your ideal Los Angeles stay! This brand-new, two-story back house was completed within the last two years and offers a perfect combination of comfort, style, and convenience.
On the first floor, you'll find a large open-concept living space with a spacious living room, dining area, and a full kitchen featuring a beautiful kitchen island. A half bathroom with a toilet is also located downstairs for added convenience. Please note that there are no bedrooms on the first floor.
Head upstairs to find two well-appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub — perfect for soaking and unwinding. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a separate full bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has its own smart TV, and there's also a large smart TV in the living room.
Guests will enjoy all the standard amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, sugar, a hot water kettle, drip coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, cooking essentials, towels, and linens. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the unit.
